  1. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2 I dialed *2 and talked to some one in customer service. I gave them a little sob story about wanting the new evo but my upgrade isn't till October then they connected to me account service. If anyone has the account services extension it would be helpful. Account services and Retentions are the ones who can dish out the best deals.
  2. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2 Sprint has this official program were they let certain customers buy out remaining months of your contract for a certain fee. 1-5 months remaining is $45. You need to talk to account services though, they check for eligibility. First level customer service doesn't really know much about it.
  3. What's your location? Your phone might just be having a good day. Every once in a while my phone has one. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  4. I think sense camera app allows you to select the internal storage(fake sdcard) or external storage(real sdcard). Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  5. People who pre order from best buy I know their giving a $50 gift card but what about the Google Wallet credit? Are we getting the $40? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  6. Got my upgrade bumped up to now for a mere $45, my original upgrade wasn't till October. I'll be ready to get the device on the 15th.
  7. What? You mean 1x? That shits slow on whatever vision. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  8. I'm kinda excited about this. I was a "true Nextel" subscriber for 4 years. PTT is a great in between for communications, when used properly. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  9. I'm wondering about direct talk, group talk ..etc. Will it include those? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  10. Will this be a add-on to my plan? It would nice if its free. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  11. Do I call if I want to see if I can get a early upgrade or do I have to ask in store? My contract isn't up till the October but I want this phone now. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  12. yea i know but it doesnt make me feel any better about the EVo not doing SVDO. Excuse my sour apples.
  13. I read it.....Wish it had SVDO. Why does the LG Viper have this and not the new EVO? Still gonna get one...
  14. I used to have great battery life while using wifi calling. When connected to wifi calling the mobile connection whole would go to gsm only so there was no continual searching for signal. I was running a G2 with CM7. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  15. I had a g2 and it needed no special router. I would enable wifi calling on the phone then connect to wifi then all calls will go through wifi. Easy. It was my lifeline in the hospital when my son was born, T-Mobile coverage was horrible in there. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  16. Yea all gingerbread/ics have that. But wifi calling on t-mobile had no setup. You just turn it on and connect to wifi and calls go thru wifi. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  17. And its has touchwizz. Even "Sense" went on a diet. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2Missing the quote....
  18. Damn they needs to slim down touchwizz. Damn. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  19. Sprint never considered wifi calling like T-Mobile? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  20. This must be something sprint injected in the aosp code for effected phone on ics because its not present in cm9 on my nexus s 4g. My nexus s 4g accepts my msl and its on 4.0.4. That could be a big problem. Maybe today's supposedly update for the sprint galaxy nexus fixes it. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2Edited...
  21. Has anyone tried calling sprint for the lock code? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  22. Sprint Gnex will get its updates from google. The issues with cdma is that's its not open source at all and can't be distributed in the aosp source code. Which means you may have problems building a rom from source. Google still provides binarys and system images for the sprint gnex just not the cdma stuff which comes with the stocks roms and updates. Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2. Also there won't be a issues with LTE as its somewhat derived from GSM/UTMS.
  23. I think the new evo has svdo too. That's data and voice at the same time.! Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  24. Nice icons. Where you got them? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
  25. Screenshots please? Sent from my Nexus S 4G using Tapatalk 2
