  1. It's been like that for me at home for a few weeks now. I'm hopeful it is something, maybe signal testing or whatever. I have no clue. I just know that I can't hold a call for more than a minute or two without it dropping.
  2. It is bad. And I still call it Arco, several name changes later. It will always be Arco. The whole area (except out in Roseville and now the further areas that have gone live) is like that. I'm hopeful something happens soon. It's annoying, but eh, it is what it is. Upgrades are coming. I'm just glad to see a lot of places starting to wake up.
  3. There's actually a small community called Collierville. It's located between Collier Rd. and Jahant. I had to look it up the other day on Google Maps.
  4. At my house here in the outskirts of Sacramento, my consistent speeds might hit 0.50 down, 0.17 up. Your speeds are pretty good for 3G. ;-)
  5. All I know is when I tell my friends from up here that I'm going to visit my family down there, they know to not take it personally if I don't pick up the phone because it's usually because I have no reception. Glad to hear things are starting to look up in the valley.
  6. From what I've been hearing, they are in a rush to get the equipment upgraded. That's a good thing.
  7. If this happens to be the Sprint tower there being worked on, that is close to where my parents live. I'll be in that area in a few weeks. I'll take photos.
  8. Those are really good speeds... And Target is notorious in having awful, awful reception and speeds. Glad to hear it's looking up. It is very possible that they're firing up Visalia.
  9. Oh, and I'll bring my good camera and try to get photos of cell tower sites for you guys, too.
  10. I'm going to be in the Tulare/Visalia area for the holidays. I will run Sensorly on my trip down from Sacramento on 99, so we'll be able to get maps for both my market and the LCV market. I'll also run it while I'm driving around Tulare, Visalia, and Reedley/Kingsburg/Selma visiting family and friends, too. I'll try to have either my son or husband take screen shots if I get LTE signal if I happen to be driving.
  11. I will run Sensorly on my way home today. Sir. ;-) Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
  12. Bottom rack being worked on looks like Sprint, but someone else should verify that. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
  13. I have been getting 1.5 down, 0.8 up consistently in Rancho near the Lowe's area. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
  14. Pulled from the UCV market thread post by lilotimz over the weekend. I believe this explains what's going on with Tribands....Tim, correct me if I'm wrong.
  15. The 34 updates were 3G and 4G updates in Reno only, I believe. I have a huge vested interest in LCV because I visit my family often in Tulare/Visalia. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4
  16. Personally, I have seen some exciting things happening in Sacto/Rancho. I've seen a lot of construction vehicles and experienced random 4G LTE connections in both areas, including today. There's a lot of hands in the cookie jar in the upgrade process, so it takes time. But, things have been moving along quick in October. I'm still of the "by the end of the year" philosophy. And that isn't based on what Sprint tells me. It's based on the reliable info I get from certain people on the site and what I see on the ground as I pass by known Sprint sites. But, I'm a pretty patient person and won't freak out if I don't have exact info on when the proverbial switch is flipped. I seriously doubt anyone can give an exact date on when this will happen. It's all based on information that can change on a daily, or even an hourly, basis. But, I've seen changes finally happening physically at sites in the metro area. It's just a matter of time and it's inevitable.
