  1. This is in Elk Grove? It is a ways away from me, but I have a good camera. I can try to get zoomed shots, but I have to find s time to drive down there. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4
  2. I'm going to Natomas for a little bit after work. I'll do a Sensorly map and look at the tower near Fry's while I'm up there.
  3. Inside of Target sucks regardless of where there is 4g service. But, I think I saw work in Ceres a week or so ago. There is work bein done throughout the county. The sponsor map might say more specifically. Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4

Photos of the water tower work on Peter A. McCuen Blvd. High quality zoomed in. Photos taken August 4, 2013.
  5. It might be the old legacy antennas that were removed from the tower and will be replaced with NV antennas... Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4
  6. Photos of the work being done on the water tower at Peter McCuen in Rancho. NV panels? They aren't on the tower yet, but they were on the lifts. Hope the quality is good. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/files/file/32-peter-mccuen-water-tower-rancho-cordova/

Six photos of the improvements being done on the water tower on Peter McCuen in Rancho Cordova. Photos taken on August 4, 2013.
  8. Upgrade phone arriving today. I will map more on Sensorly this afternoon around Rancho to see if I get random signals. Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 4 Beta
  9. Still hoping for more in downtown/midtown. I ordered my phone upgrade and should get it early next week (worth saving $100 on the price, IMO). I'm usually on my wifi at my house, but I try to remember to turn wifi off to see if I get any LTE signal every now and then. So far, nothing.
  10. Yeah, I know about that one. And it sucks because I used to live in the houses out there. Now I don't. *sigh* Soon.....soon......
  11. Show off!! Just kidding. That's hopeful. Upgrade for me is TOMORROW finally and I'm going to go into the Rancho store and pick up an HTC One. I'll ask him if he has any insight on the Rancho progress. I also know to take what they way with a grain of salt. Two years ago, I asked about the rollout and he said within a year. HA! That was in spring 2011. I'm really hoping the reason I'm not picking up LTE at my house is that I have a weak radio on the EVO 4G LTE.
  12. I have been roaming a lot in Rancho the past week or so. Way more often than usual, knowing that the service there is pretty pathetic. Hopefully some signal work is being played with.
  13. That's what I need to keep reminding myself. The initial speeds when towers start broadcasting won't knock my socks off, but they will be better than what I have currently and will continue to improve.
  14. I'll be over there when I start heading home for the day. I'm convinced my HTC EVO LTE has a hard time getting signals to stick. Upgrade on Wednesday..... I'll map sensorly through the park.
  15. Nothing at East End near the Capitol Building. I'll be heading over to CalEPA on 10th and I Street later today, then over by CalTrans on the south side of the capitol after that. I'll see if I pick anything up and do a Sensorly trip between each place to see what I can find.
  16. I'll do that after my meeting this afternoon. That's by where my husband works and where I catch the train every morning. I'll cycle my PRL and see if I find anything at 16th and Capitol.
  17. Back in town. Didn't see any physical work being done in Rancho since I got back Monday. Didn't have LTE in all of San Diego, but when I did have it, it was pretty sweet. Here's hoping they continue to get the NV equipment up and running. As a side note, my husband has officially called me a tech nerd. He is impressed with everything that I've gotten out of this site and what I've learned. I was edumacating him on cell towers and equipment on our drive down to SD. Good times.
  18. Can't wait to get back home to see if I get 4g! Maybe Rancho will be up and running by Monday night. Loving the 4g in San Diego at the moment.
  19. I got it. :-) It's sad they did misspell it, though. Maybe they are trying to tell us something...
