NV equipment is up there. I think there's another sprint tower on Hammer Ln and Pacific. Maybe Stockton will get a nice Christmas present from Sprint -
Jut got lte in Tracy on my iPad. Couldn't get a screenshot in time on my phone with signal check pro. I had it for like two minutes past costco on the freeway until mountain house exit

Today I went to check a couple of towers in Stockton and two more have NV equipment built. That's the one in Fresno Ave by Charter way and the second one on 99 by Cherokee and Newton. The downtown building by chase bank still does not have NV equipment neither does the water tower by fiber st on hwy 4. Hopefully I can provide more good news when I take pics of towers on north and central stockton.

Wimax was pretty consistent and good where I lived. Only problem was my Nexus S. It was such a horrible phone.

Try to get pics of the Sprint tower by Costco. Stockton doesn't post their permits so the only way to check if our towers have gotten worked on is by physically going to them and snapping pics and posting them up here. In the sponsor forum there is a lot more information. It's very helpful.

Very true in North Stockton the speeds are very poor. Hopefully we get some good news soon. Keep an eye out for your closest towers. You can donate $5 to this site to become a sponsor and you'll see where are your closest towers to spot any new Sprint equipment. I was suppose to go tower hunting the past month but have been so caught up in school, work, and soccer.

Really? Which area in Stockton ? I seen speed updates by the movie theaters and on march lane by in n out. I've been getting constant 3G speeds of 1mbps and higher in those areas. Who knows when we'll get lte. I was told my march, then beginning of summer, and ending of summer. It's anyone guess but I'll be surprised to the extreme if I see any lte in Stockton by March when my contract is up.

I'm expecting this area to be on of the last to get LTE... Never trust what sprint reps say.

Tracy and lathrop too. I thought Tracy would be live by now since on sensorly there was some lte spotting since back in July. I never connected to lte in that spot in Tracy ..

A lot of lte sites have been accepted in the sf bay market the past couple of weeks according to this forum. Still, pretty weird how the speeds dramatically decreased in the east bay

If I buy it from the play store unlocked will I be able to activate it right away to Sprint?
