Dear Ericsson if you are reading this please turn on LTE and/or 800SMR (1X) by the first week of September it can be any cell tower in Mt. Pleasant, Tx.
It will be a nice birthday present.
I would be happy with any 800smr in tyler, or east texas. Any hope would be nice for it

Im watching the site by the brookshires and cemetery on 69 mear the 5th street intersection. And the 155 and sw loop 323 site.Have u found any new sites in Tyler....coverage is getting better over here in North Tyler but hasn't reached my house yet

must be in donut mode. Its been like that for a few times.I was by it two times on Tuesday (8/20) and never had LTE from it.
-

Out of curiosity, would the city of Palestine, TX be considered in the East Texas or Dallas market if it ever got full Sprint coverage?
East texas I think haha It has some clearwire sites I believe. But that would be a question for digiblur. I wonder if they will put sprint equipment where the current clearwire equipment is
-
Send me the site ID and I will check tomorrow.
Sounds like from what you say that site is active. Definitely confirmed in the NOLA market rules though.
Sent away. I think it will be seeing 1x800 soon too. Got some on and off test signal the same day I found it live

City name doesn't matter. All about the Lat and Lon. All 3g sites when I looked.
Is the site on cr192/old noonday road still 3g only? It is not in donut mode , It has LTE all the way in the -70's, no disconnects, or no hand offs needed
-
it is. Been like that for awhileThe 3g/4g accepted tower outside Marshall must be in donut mode. It's not broadcasting LTE.

I would honestly be pissed if I was the pizza delivery guy and had to deliver there, or any delivery service hahaThis building is 47 stories tall.. No elevator.. and people will live in those apartments..
Would you walk and carry your stuff up 47 floors? or 40? or 30? or 20?
I wouldn't mind walking up and down.. But carrying stuff up... no thank you lol

oh yeah. I think once its in the -40 to-55 range the signal gets distorted. Now LTE ive only seen as low as -70ive had as low as -45. Several places in Tyler. Lowest ive seen on gsm based networks is -50. I was right by the site that is on a rooftop around 8 stories or so high
The little antenna on our phones does not like that strong of a signal. Take a step back, get into the 70's and enjoy -

my phone did that. The physical bars would show no service or poor service, but the real numeric values would be like -50. I dont know what causes it. Maybe software misinterpreted itOkay I feel like either sprint or samsung is weird with their "bars". Or is there something I'm missing.... signal check will say -80 which is a prettt good signal. My signal strength in signal check will not change but my bars will change from almost full to none back to full back to 1 but my actual signal strength never changes for the average user this would be quite confusing. And I've tested the bars issue when signal check said my signal strength was -80 I had 0 bars but still able to make receive calls and browse the web just fine. Kinda curious why sprint would make themselves look worse then they are. Lol probably more to it that I don't understand.

Anyone hear of a company called Ancoa Controls ? The reason I'm asking is they were installing NV at my local tower and then, yesterday this company was out there digging and they finished up whatever they were doing yesterday. Is it possible that this company is replacing the backup cabinet for power source for the NV equipment ?
Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2
It looks like some sort of Power control/electrical workers
-
LTE is live and active on the site on old noonday road off of grande, nesr fresh
-
well it did suck on signal strength.Sorry, where is the nexus 4 on Verizon? There isn't one. Last nexus was the Galaxy Nexus, which is rather old at this point. It used a really junky VIA CDMA baseband, to boot. Avoid at all costs.
-
what about the nexus on verizon? They can make it, but it is a limited market I think so there is no pointWe are not going to see another nexus phone on Sprint. This has been discused at length. Google only will sell unlocked and low priced handsets for GSM/UMTS/LTE operators.

New Lte site accepted south of the airport.

It seems to be that the Tyler area has came to a slow spot. Several towers have been down ,mainly the one on 155 and the loop. Supposedly fixed today. Hoping it was upgrades in prep of 4g acceptance
-
maybe a tower or sector is down and you are getting put on another oneSomething strange this AM in Atlanta (TX). My NID changed from 5 to 311. I am also getting a new BID. Does this mean new equipment?
