Anyone having battery drain issues with Battery Guru? Last friday my phone didn't make it till 5 pm. Battery Guru was not doing it's job, but rather devouring the battery. I uninstalled it, and the phone got through a whole weekend day with over 50% Sat & Sun.

 

Maybe something went haywire.

I had horrible results with guru, both in the learning environment and after.

I uninstalled, but it left many if my sync settings with low intervals which I like.

Unrooted now, but if I did it would be to underclock. Anyone seeing large battery gains by under clocking?

I installed the Qualcomm battery guru and this thing is destroying my battery in the set up/test phase. 13 hours almost 0 usage, down to less than 20% battery available.

I love that you haven't taken the factory screen wrap off the N5 yet, but it's already running SignalCheck Pro, haha!

I ordered a zagg on Cyber Monday (actually late sunday night before many of the other orders) and it was just delivered on either the 24th/26th. 

installed it today. 

The samsung is connected to an airave. How do you like the N5?

how can you tell? it was at a relatives house (nice tablecloth right), but that is weird the others weren't.

Loving the N5, compared to my old Evo Lte. each time I hold it i think how well it is made. no chance i'd go back though. 

battery life can get me 2 days when i need it, 7-8 hours if I'm doing tons if i go all out on LTE/screen on.

I posted this pages back, but my art N5 on sprint will not receive MMS (group or picture) while on WiFi.

Bone stock, so I expect this bug will get fixed soon

a slow weekend where i stayed in town and was on wifi plenty, still pretty dang good. 

With Hangouts, or are you using a third party app? I am able to send MMS group and picture messages using Wi-Fi with Textra.

not positive, but it looks like MMS (picture messages) will only be received/sent while on mobile data (i'm on sprint) Wifi will not work from what I have seen.

Someone on xda said the issue with excessive standby battery drain is an intermittent bug with sleep/WiFi.

I'm hoping it gets fixed soon.

Anyone having a high % of battery use on 4.4.2 from play services? I'm stock unrooted with a pretty normal set of apps.

Also, I rebooted and the system still tells me that I have been unplugged for 20 hours. That count used to reset when you rebooted your phone. Anyone notice when that was changed.

standby time pretty good on 4.4.1. I was off for 2 hours at still at 99%

I haven't looked yet, but i was generally getting 1.5 days per charge before 4.4.1. 16 hours or so on 'heavy use' (at least for me, i would consider it heavy use)

Also, I'm on my way to Waco for the day (outside for all of it), which is supposed to be one of the most built out markets in the US.

1.2 for the dt-900 charger?  Their specs online have it rated at 750mAh, but that could certainly be wrong.  I'll pick one up in a few weeks so I'll know for sure then.

What issue? I see you are connected.

The issue with 1x connectivity while on LTE. Some regions/metros have it due to the order in which upgrades have been made.
