  1. Sprint SVP of product and supply chain Rod Millar to step down next year http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/sprint-vp-product-and-supply-chain-rod-millar-to-step-down-next-year
  2. I just sold some more shares at $7.97 I reiterate my position of hype wariness and believe the stock will get hit negatively by the Federal Reserve raising interest rates in December.
  3. Agree. I severely recall back in late 2013 when Sprint surged to $11 on T-Mobile merger rumors only to fall two years later to almost $2.
  4. Too much speculation! I just sold another piece of Sprint @ $7.51
  5. Pay off debt with what? They continue to generate losses each quarter, not profits. Sprint's current strategy (survival) is to keep finding different ways to replace old debt with new debt, ideally at a lower interest rates.
  6. Sprint stock rally from Trump election is a bit too thin hype for me. I just sold off 25% of my Sprint position at $7.28, offloading way more shares than I bought last week. Also, we are already seeing interest rates (bonds) jump significantly the past two days. If the Fed increases rates next month along with Trump's anti-Fed rhetoric-backed policies, it will be much harder for debt-straddled companies like Sprint to refinance.
  7. Yes, but why now this sudden price surge; indeed makes me tempted to sell.
  8. Impact or benefit to Google Voice users? I have been using my one Google Voice number and its unfortunate simple messaging app for the past 6+ years.

  10. I have now made a Sprint purchase at $5.90
  11. I have been satisfied with my LG G3 and now LG G4. Just make sure they are new units, specifically manufactured after March 2016 for the LG G4.
  12. Sprint (S) closed today at $6.36 today. If it drops closer to $6 or less, I will buy again.
  13. Sprint Network #1 for Overall Network Performance in St. Louis http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20161021005126/en/Sprint-Network-1-Network-Performance-St.-Louis
  14. Sprint's iPhone 7 promo may be more profitable than expected http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/analyst-sprint-s-iphone-7-promo-more-profitable-than-expected
  15. Sprint: 50% off promotion likely to last through the holidays http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/sprint-s-claure-50-off-promotion-likely-to-last-through-holidays Competition: Comcast to launch wireless service in 2017 with Verizon MVNO, 15M Wi-Fi hotspots http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/comcast-to-launch-wireless-service-2017-verizon-mvno-15m-wi-fi-hotspots

  17. I sold part of my Sprint (S) position yesterday @ $6.86 and bought US Cellular Corp (USM) today @ $36.45
  18. Sprint (S) is now approaching $7 at 52-week highs. I am tempted to sell off more of my shares today... https://www.google.com/finance?q=NYSE%3AS
  19. I just spent 3 days in Virginia Beach. My data connections and speeds were fine.
  20. Credo Mobile MVNO dumps Sprint for Verizon http://www.fiercewireless.com/wireless/credo-mobile-mvno-dumps-sprint-for-verizon-source
  21. Pipe dream. Since 2013, Sprint's subscriber base has stabilized, and its network is now adequate; nowhere near bankruptcy. T-Mobile US network and subscriber base have accelerated like a rocket. Instead, I would like to see Sprint make strategic partnerships with DISH, Ligado Networks (former LightSquared), or cable carrier like Charter or Comcast.
  22. Sprint back down below $6. US Cellular (USM) positive quarterly earnings were not enough to keep its stock positive. I continue to monitor USM as a possible purchase. I like their consistent revenue, profit, stable debt, and acquisition potential. Shentel has been battered the past two weeks, but I believe it still has much more to fall.
