I am glad to see they have multiple options for the back cover. Anyone know what is so special about the Quantum IPS display they are talking about?

Well this helps clear some things up. I still don't know if I care for the leather back.

No, I mean the TX from Terminator 3 as played by Kristanna Loken.

I know what you really meant, I was just kidding.

I also think those leather backs look sexy. The red one screams terminatrix.

That is cool. Letting some people test drive the phone before it is officially launched. I wonder if someone on here will get it

I don't want to get a new phone now, then in 6-8 months they start putting new radio bands in phones that take advantage of the CCA partners networks and I'll be stuck until another upgrade is eligible waiting to take advantage of it...
The phones are always changing, always adding new features, better radios, you can never keep up. But I completely understand where you're coming from. I'm still on a Galaxy S3 dual-band and I can get an upgrade whenever, looking at the LG G4 but then I think like you, If I just wait another X amount of months, I could get a phone with new radios that can support CCA partners and 3X Carrier aggregation instead of 2.
From the specs though, it sounds like it will be a great phone

What if LG went with one of their own chipsets? I thought they have been working on their own since last year, would be cool to see.
-
I really hope it comes with the 810. What would be the point of using an older processor for your flagship phone.

LG sent out an invite for April 28th and people are expecting this event to be where they will announce the G4.
Also, it looks like LG stated the screen will be 5.5 QHD LCD with a resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 and 538 ppi. Interesting they are giving screen specs but that's all right now.
