Some radio shack stores are franchisees and not owned by the company.
-
If assignee is General Wireless, the specific RadioShack store is bought by other company not sprint.
-
This is Radio Shack store. Not about existing Sprint Store

Oh ok, was wondering why Sprint was even getting involved.
A revenge from Dish

Any links to the source saying "IBEZ issues have cleared"?

Well. There wasn't a driving while talking law at that time.

35Mhz Fixed Land Mobile () - Private Mobile and Public Mobile. I guess it is still assigned for Mobile Communication. Maybe the system that use to dispatch Taxi?
Same as 150Mhz /450 Mhz - Public Mobile / Private Land Mobile / Person Radio - This one seems to be the walkie-talkie you could buy from store [RadioShack]?

You might like this video too:
What happen to the 35Mhz, 150Mhz and 450Mhz?

That would be huge.
And next step is a USCC buyout aka ntelos buyout?

How much voice traffic can 800 carry? I was wondering if not for some legacy device, Sprint can totally remove voice channel in PCS.
-
I'd rather they deploy B41 first and then worry about 10by10. I don't think doing 10 by 10 is any easier than adding b41

So, we will see Sprint native coverage in Alaska eventually.
-
this was back from 2008: http://www.evdoforums.com/thread10602.html and i remember threads on the old sprint users forum as well talking about it.
I got the actual static IP but it is strongly firewalled.

Does Sprint have PCS G block build out requirement in Alaska?

When I finally make it up to the Half Year Sunshine state, it would be nice to have some coverage. Realtors are always trying to sell me dirt cheap land up there, but I want the mineral rights too. hehehehe.
EDIT: After 10 seconds of reflection on the above, I suppose if I (and others) decided to purchase some of this dirt cheap land, we could later lease it out for a new cell tower sites thus making the investment worthwhile.
Or create your own shentel equivlent

I already got it. But doesn't seem to be very interesting since your IP will change when you turn on WIFI.
-
fiercewireless has copy the news from s4gru but change the number of new towers from 9000 to 20k
-
Yep, I posted a list of the sites by cascade ID that are due microwave backhaul in the Premier sector of the forums. If Robert would allow it to be posted in here I would copy and paste it.
I didn't find it in Premier Sponsor forum. Links?

No need to sell service initially. But might as well reduce your roaming costs to help pay for this. Just supporting roaming Sprint subscribers travelling through the area, the existing network should perform just fine. I'm not sure Sprint will ever put up brick and mortar stores in the area.

No, they will build stores with the help from RadioShack?
-
Not sure, but diversification can lead to problems in the end. I personally think they are crazy for having that many prepaid brands.
And they have nothing to differentiate different brands. They all have same pricing plans and similar looking websites.
-
I think they just build a showcase in SF and hoping tier 1 Carrier will buy them out
-
Does it mean Sprint plan to spend money on new towers rather than 600Mhz?

I think "Store within a Store" means the location is inside a big mall. A standalone means it located in a stripe mall or just a standalone storefront.
