That's a possibility, but I don't think it's cool of anyone to blame the complete stoppage of work in a given market because of meth. We all knew that there were problems in the Lower Central Valley to begin with, and delays have been numerous. We all just hope that the delays end and everything goes back to normal soon.
Mac OS X Mavericks got offline dictation, and the download was to the tune of 960 MB or so to do it. To increase iOS that much to bring offline dictation to the iPhone would be bad for the 16GB & lower models.
Why? If the jailbreak community is pre-mature, Apple will patch the betas, making it harder for an actual jailbreak to be released. And frankly, jailbreaking is becoming less and less relevant.
You know, I had forgotten I carry around my 160GB factory HDD from my Mid 2009 MacBook Pro, so I installed Yosemite, and boy do I love it. So much cleaner of an interface! And I love the transparency!
It only makes sense for Apple to adopt 802.11ac since they adopted 802.11N in their computers when it was still a draft specification.

I'm going to get the 5.5". I'm not going for anything less than top of the line. Now colorwise, I'm not sure yet. If it comes in blue, then that. If not, then probably gold again.

I'm looking forward to iOS 8 as well. And of course I'm looking forward to Yosemite as well when I get home tonight.

Crucial is now selling 16GB for that same model year for $160. I got a friend to finally replace her Mid-2007 with an Early 2011 15" anti-glare. She decided she's only going to buy 1 8GB stick, and keep 1 of the 2GB's in for the time being until RAM goes cheaper.
