  1. In Sprint LTE FIT reports, they specifically mention that the GNex, Viper and HTC "Jet" all support SVLTE, and they were tested and passed. It will be a significant marketing disadvantage for Apple and their carriers if they do not support SVLTE. That's my two cents, for what it's worth! Robert
  2. And if you want to cover the event with a write up for S4GRU...that would be awesome!!! Robert

  13. Sarge, I now have better schedules that when the earlier markets were announced. There is a string of schedule update articles coming out over the weekend and next week. Robert
  14. Jersey doesn't fare so badly in the Network Vision schedule, though. Robert
  15. I agree. I don't see unlimited going away any time soon. And Sprint has the best spectrum position over all the wireless carriers in adding additional capacity through Clearwire. It can just keep adding TD-LTE carrier after carrier through Clearwire for years in most markets. Robert
  16. And we must not forget they had mobile broadband build out requirements on the spectrum. It took them from 2008-2011 building out WiMax to meet FCC Minimum Coverage standards. They likely couldn't have gotten rolling with LTE until Mid 2010 at the absolute earliest (and to be an early adopter like that would have been hugely problematic). There is no way in the world they could have met the FCC Minimum Coverage standard in less than 12 months from Mid 2010 to May 2011. WiMax was really their only choice in the short term. 17. Its interesting to read. But you aren't going to get 2 amps, 1 amp or even 1/2 amp out of something like that. By the time you take it down to safe levels, you'd be lucky if you could charge your device at the same rate its depleting. Which wouldn't be a bad thing, in itself, I suppose. But there is no way in the world I am going to put one of those cancer boxes in my home! I don't have much of a need for wireless electricity myself. But I do appreciate you posting the link. It was interesting to read from the toilet. Robert, Roberto, Admin, Hey You! Its all good! But this was posted from my E4GT with ICS using Forum Runner

  20. I have the same issue with Verizon coverage here. However, its the same for me with Sprint. In my area, Sprint and Verizon are co-located together at most sites. At least until I get north of Espanola. Then they aren't colocated any more, because Sprint doesn't have coverage. Robert, Roberto, Admin, Hey You! Its all good!
