Actually, the iPhone 3G can do multitasking if it's jailbroke. And I believe they cracked gamecenter to work on the 3G too. (I'll have to verify that later.)

And a HTC Hero will run ICS if an ICS ROM is built for it. I was talking about OTA updates, not jailbroken hacked programs.
