Who's Equipment?

I posted the before pic of this site somewhere here last Summer (3rd pic in link), and the after (2nd pic) in which I finally took a pic of today. I pass by it a couple of times during the week in my area. There is a Sprint site across the street from it also mounted on a light post from it (2nd pic) you can see in a distance. I was wondering who does this equipment belong to?

ATT or Verizon.

Based on the antennas, I'd say AT&T. But I've never seen those random assorted boxes before.
