Greetings from Cincinnati, OH

Hi everyone, I found this community while searching for information on the LTE upgrades in Ohio.  I am currently in the Cincinnati market, I live on the west side of town (Westwood/Cheviot area) and work in the downtown/Covington area.  I am originally from the Cleveland/NE Ohio market (Lorain) and spend time there in weekend and week long chunks.  I've been doing some snooping on the site and see that some of towers in the city have gone through upgrades, but it doesn't look like anything has been done in my areas.

 

I am trying to stay informed on network upgrades to make the best decision on my next device.  I have 5 lines on my Sprint account, 2 have been eligible for upgrade since April, but the other 3 are locked in for another year.  Just trying to weigh my options on whether upgrade and stay with Sprint or just pay the ETF and take them all to another network.

 

Hope to be a contributor to the forums, everyone here seems to be great at spreading knowledge and information.

Welcome s4gru! I am glad to see your sponsor, not that we dont mind non sponsors. It just helps, when u have access to a lot more information. Honestly on the upgrades, I will just make sure to wait for tri-band phone. Otherwise enjoy the site,  u got questions?? The easiest way is to just go into that forum and ask it. if you can hold off i would most def wait for triband phones since cincinnati is part of phase 1 of the TD-LTE build out so you can take advantage of that super fast speed and in building coverage can't wait till we start seeing solid progress (more info is in the premier sponser forum) i'll be upgrading this friday

Yeah I saw the post about Cincinnati being in the phase 1 roll out.  It just sucks because I have been holding out for the Note 3 since April, and now I am going to have to go another direction with my device.  I guess the wait will continue...
