Is it possible to find a cell site by the serving cell number?

Just wondering because my LTE signal magically got stronger outside but inside still won't penetrate. I know of two towers with LTE that I could be on but recently I found a 3rd one that has taken over as the most consistent signal and I am trying to locate it.

Sure there is.  Track them down and keep track of them.  That's we do in our market.  We even put them on a map so when use it with google maps to just click on the points.

Drive by the known LTE sites and watch the Serving Cell number.  The last 2digits will change when you switch to a new sector.  Then write down the Serving Cell ID for future reference.
