Is it possible to find a cell site by the serving cell number?

Just wondering because my LTE signal magically got stronger outside but inside still won't penetrate. I know of two towers with LTE that I could be on but recently I found a 3rd one that has taken over as the most consistent signal and I am trying to locate it.

Sure there is.  Track them down and keep track of them.  That's we do in our market.  We even put them on a map so when use it with google maps to just click on the points.

_{Drive by the known LTE sites and watch the Serving Cell number.  The last 2digits will change when you switch to a new sector.  Then write down the Serving Cell ID for future reference.}
