Defense Mobile to offer Sprint-based cellular service to soldiers and veterans

Anyone else catch this article? Sounds like a good deal for our troops and vets to me? Any thoughts?

The engadget comment sections is, as usual with Sprint,  a sweet hot mess.  Sprint: The carrier that trash can mouth web-trolls love to hate.

According to their website: "Defense Mobile will offer Fixed Monthly Rate plans starting at $20, unlimited plans starting at $40, and family share plans starting at $60, all available with or without a two-year contract.  Our plans will be available at one of our branch specific website starting Veterans Day 2013."

 

If this is true, I might switch to them.
