Very true in North Stockton the speeds are very poor. Hopefully we get some good news soon.

I was suppose to go tower hunting the past month but have been so caught up in school, work, and soccer.

 

This morning I was surprised to see 2.1mbps down and 0.79mbps up. This is at work, the Kaiser facility in the corner of West lane and Hammer.

Just got word from my building manager that sprint is going to lift new equipment on the roof of the chemistry annex at UCD in the next couple of weeks.  It might be on a weekend, but if it's during the week I will definitely know about it and give an update

Excellent! Take pics when they do. I'm going to wager it's a high capacity site with 6 antennas and 9 RRUs.

 

Once they get that complete then they gotta finish the one on the water tower in midtown davis and then they should be able to cluster launch the area.

I definitely will if I see it when they do (with my new Nexus 5 ) But with all the bikes around, it's likely that they will do it either before I get in to work or on a weekend, meaning I probably won't see it happen.

Stockton doesn't post their permits so the only way to check if our towers have gotten worked on is by physically going to them and snapping pics and posting them up here.

Today I went to check a couple of towers in Stockton and two more have NV equipment built. That's the one in Fresno Ave by Charter way and the second one on 99 by Cherokee and Newton.

 

The downtown building by chase bank still does not have NV equipment neither does the water tower by fiber st on hwy 4.

 

Hopefully I can provide more good news when I take pics of towers on north and central stockton.

I have been getting 1.5 down, 0.8 up consistently in Rancho near the Lowe's area.

11:40 last night I saw someone working at the tower by my house (highway 88 between Lockeford and Clements). I stopped and talked to the guy. He said he was setting up and new cabinet (which I could see) and they'd have it set up around the end of the month hopefully. I'll grab pics on my way home if no one is there.

 

Also, he said they are working from Stockton out this way.
