It's cold, I'm freezing, and the bike is parked for the winter. Winter in Cheddarland!

 

Anyhow, I found this site while looking for info on sprint networks. I've been an AT&T customer for several years, but I needed something that would work where my phone was failing. Based on co-worker recommendations, I'm giving Sprint a try. 1 week in, I'm happy as a clam in mud.

 

A little background: I'm a prior IT professional, with a secondary degree in mechanical engineering. I'm a giant nerd, especially in the mobile space. I've worked in everything from building and designing DSL systems, to working on programmable ECM's for the motorcycle performance aftermarket.

 

Currently, I'm an LTL truck driver. IT was too sporadic up here, and nothing else pays quite as well, considering the job is so easy.

 

I'm an avid motorcycle nut, and prior racer. I'm more into sport-touring and long distance riding now. I still rock the occasional track day. I'm prepping for an attempt to get into the Iron Butt Rally in a few years.

 

I will openly admit, I have an addiction to mobile tech. I typically carry 2-3 active lines with me, and I have a hard time deciding between Android, iOS, and Windows Phone. Now, adding another carrier into the mix, I'm totally hosed... But hey, if you have to have a habit, have one that returns something.

 

I'm also an aspiring tech and travel journalist. Kind of a late start, but I went after the degree I was convinced would make money, rather than pursuing my passions. A wife and kids slows the process a bit.

 

Anyhow, sorry for the novel. I'm going back to filling my head full of more sprint tech. Nice site by the way!

Everyone loves a trike!

 

It's all good. That's why I have the z1000. All the benefits of a sport bike, but a standard ride position. I do iron button rides on it all the time.

 

Cruiser feet forward puts too much pressure on my lower back.
