1900 LTE is up and running off and on along 256 in Pickerington and Reynoldsburg right now but is weak according to a couple friends of mine... nothing on tussing yet

And they were correct, Hamilton & 70 is putting out a weak 1900 signal this morning as well. Oh anticipation is going to kill me. It's like a kid waiting for Christmas and getting to open 1 gift the night before.

Actually not anymore. The minimum is $20. Think Coz has said here recently that the 》6 month downgrades were starting up. I know they have.

 

 

Ahh that sucks they should make the minimum $5 because $20 is way to much for a minimum to be a Sponsor.

 

There is no minimum donation to become a sponsor, but $1 sponsors don't really benefit the site. Operating cost requires more help from members. If you can honestly afford it, donate what you can. I personally say donate the amount that you would spend on a big lunch or two.

Picked up LTE in worthington area onHuntley for a hot min today

 

There are going to be quite a few sites coming online this week with 3G and LTE. We have confirmed 2 sites out of Pickerington with new LTE, but they haven't been accepted and work complete by Sprint yet.

My teen girls wanted IPhone 4S. Don't think they care too much about LTE or even 3G. I'm giving Sprint til end off this year to decide if I'm going to upgrade when my line is eligible

 

If there is only one thing I can guarantee, is that by the end of this year, you'll think back and laugh about had bad this crap is right now.

You're picking up a weak LTE 1900 signal from another site. Hamilton and 70 hasn't been upgraded to NV yet.

Hmm... about 2 weeks ago there was guys on the sprint rack multiple days and Ericsson trucks there 3 days ago so I assumed it was from there.

Not sure, but last checked a week ago by a veteran spotter turned up no NV Cabinets or NV RRHs.

Can you get any pics of the antennas? Getting the cabs might be messy being on a cloverleaf. It's definitely not putting out LTE. You were probably getting tics from Pickerington

      Was in Red Hook again and I swear there are more Link5G sites as there are Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T small cells combined in the entire neighborhood. It seemed like every other street I turned down had one installed. Hopefully carriers will start hopping on them soon. Seems like a lot of effort to go through for no one to use them.  — — — — — T-Mobile converted the Sprint site on top of NYU Langone Brooklyn in Sunset Park. I first mapped one sector of it back in November 2023 but I thought it was a small cell so I never pinned it but I ran into another sector today which caught me off guard. I'm unable to find a permit for the conversion so it's definitely a surprise. There's another T-Mobile site 1 block away that T-Mobile initially installed back in 2019 so I'm kinda surprised they're keeping both considering the Sprint conversion is on a much taller building and coule potentially provide much better coverage to the entire area.

      Came across another Crown Castle Solutions multi-tenant oDAS node in Brooklyn. Located at 40.7002286, -73.9612666. Nothing on T-Mobile or AT&T so I'm assuming these are all Verizon nodes that Crown Castle is anticipating another carrier will hop on down the line.
