Biggs88
From my understanding, Sprint's 4G LTE (network vision upgrades) are going to be delivered on the 1900 MHz band. It is also my understanding that the iPhone 4S for Sprint transmits and receives only on the 1900 MHz band. Even though the iPhone 4S does not have a 4G Chip, will it get a major boost in performance with Sprint's 4G network vision since it is being broadcasted on the 1900 MHz band? Not that it really matters since I will be getting the new iPhone upon its release..... Thanks guys!!!
shawn_kc
Unfortunately LTE on 1900 will not help. What will help is the NV upgrades.
carlangas21
Well NV also means that we will get better 3g service so yes the iPhone and everybody using a device capable of receiving those signals will get a boost in performance! I'm starting to see it in KCMO! The first 5 results are 3g duh the last 2 on 4g, all coming from the same tower! I'm really impress to see those speeds in Kc!
