Metro, with limited spectrum, can benefit greatly from a pure LTE spectrum, the rest of the carriers will also benefit, but most have the spectrum to make a gradual transition. Great example of how the small wireless cos push the innovation that forces the hands of the larger wireless carriers. If they only had more spectrum, they could be a contender.
