  1. I can definitely say that i am glad for unlimited data, I work in IT and am constantly on the go, last month I used 18gigs of LTE data, and 1.1gigs of 3G data..and thats with an unfinished network, but LTE was awesome where I am in the bronx, before they started testing again, now im on again off again..for last 2weeks.

DAMNN , 18GB sheesh lucky you living in the Bronx ,

  2.

I would too... but i also have an iPhone.

I would of map if they would allow the iPhone to map

Man... someone needs to map that out... not many mapping happy people in queens... haha

The struggle for us Apple folk hopefully in the next iOS update that will change , but for all ur Android folk yall need to head out to Queen's & Map .

  3. i have pick up lte around east Elmhrust around 90 street and 31 ave about 2 bars of signal but i had to put my phone on airplane mode 2 time and then it hooked up to LTE

The samething happened to me when I was in the Bronx & White Plains I had to keep putting my phone in & out of Airplane Mode just for it to connect .

  4.

That's definitely near the 2 data speed upgrade. Nice!!! Just need it to move up to where LaGuardia is located. I think I used 1GB running speed tests in LTE area through this month. Thank goodness for unlimited.

Nope probably not , It took me a full month to get to 1 full GB , I was trying so hard to get to 1GB & it took me a full month .

  5. If so, maybe they'll finish there and then start in the Bronx again to do a "second wave" of upgrades

Whoa, Chicago is 89% complete? That place is a LTE hot zone.

Sprint Did this sooo backwards , idk why they would start LTE in a city like Chicage instead of coming to the big Apple first ,

  6.

Maybe when they were first launched or in cities that aren't highly populated, but I can guarantee you that speeds that high no longer exist except for those clowns running speedtests at 3 AM. None of my friends on VZW/AT&T top 10 mb/s on their devices.

Lmao , true , cause my friend has the AT&T iPhone 5 & his average LTE speeds are 15-20mbps down & 5-10 up im cool with that . I'd go back to AT&T but I don't like that fact that after using 5GB of LTE data they slow ur speeds down , my friends who have Unlimited deal with this problem , & i'd go to Verizon but to get unlimited you have to pay full price for the phone & phones now in days can range from 500-900 unsubsized & ain't nobody got time to be breaking that kinda money just to get unlimited .

  7. My overall service, even with 3G disabled I can't make calls :( or send text. I don't have 4G on my iPhone 4S

It's probably Sprint , they often messing with the network to test it , it happens to me quite a bit when im in class my service will be good in one class & when I go to the next my service will drop to Extended O really annoying .

  8. Wow consistently 50+!? I'm surprised. I would be perfectly happy with the a consistent upper advertised range. I just want to be able to stream HD videos without buffering and being able to upload HD videos no problem.

AT&T & Verizon usually gets 40-60mbps down & 15-25mbps up , tbh i'd be fine if I could get speeds like my wifi , my wifi speeds is between 40-45mbps down & 35-40mbps up I'd only dream to get those speeds , & HD streaming is the one thing that i'd like to have i've tried to use 3G to stream but the quality is way to crappy to watch the video . -_-

And apparently Sprint made an announcement that New York is in pre launch phase and currently neo tested. If you look at the Sensorly app, a lot of Brooklyn has been covered as well as a large portion of Queens and just under half of Manhattan.

Yeah I noticed that & its great I can't wait until my Market (Long Island) has it .

  10.

Sounds like a plan. How was ur trip upstate?

Still there , went Snowboarding , fell a couple of times lmao , my butt hurts , the service up here is nothing but 3G & 2G more 2G than expected but when i connect to the 3G it's faster than what I get at home , I'd say Sprint service up here is good when you have it , so basically they just need to add more towers & improve the calling quality .

If u want instant freedom, u can just jailbreak. There are a lot of tweaks which really can customize iOS a lot better.

I know that much , but I don't want to Jailbreak , I lose my warranty for one , & im waiting for iOS 7 which is set for a summer release with the iPhone 5S
