This tower was upgraded in my area and was what spawned my earlier post about towers without B71. A new rack was installed that still had the old panels on it but the 41 panel added. Came back tonight and B2 and NSA 5G N41 were live and the old panels were gone and no B71 panels added.
Couldn't get SA N41 or B41 LTE from it.
While most towers are near instant, one local tower took two to three weeks to turn on B41 and over a month to turn on n41.

I literally have to drive to the bad areas to experience n41, wish they would hurry up in my neighborhood.
I hate to say it but blame your NIMBY neighbors. Permits are a lot easier/quicker in bad areas because there is less objection.

You really have to hand it to the T-Mobile network and engineering team since the merger. They're extremely proficient at network upgrades.
I'm very curious what their metric is for including cities in this list. Woodinville, Bothell, Kirkland, and Redmond all have n41 towers but aren't listed. Meanwhile, Monroe has a single n41 tower and is listed.

A number of towers lost 5MHz on B25 in eastside Seattle. Strangely, it is not all/most towers even. These towers were 15MHz at 1907.5 and 1987.5 previously and are now 10MHz at 1910 and 1990MHz. I expect T-Mobile intends to expand B2 to 20MHz in the area.

Found a third n41 along that same powerline. A new T-Mobile B41/n41 signal has appeared at the 405/522 interchange. I discovered that the powerline tower at 47.7798189, -122.1750665 has been upgraded to B41/n41. It is broadcasting 40MHz of B41 and 60MHz of n41. I was able to pull around 400 Mbps from it when I was close by.

It says in the fine print on the Sprint website that the iPhone 12/Pro/Mini access T-Mobile's 5G network.
https://www.cnet.com/news/5g-faq-apple-iphone-12-superspeedy-cellular-connectivity/
The device has a "Smart Data Mode" according to Apple's Website: https://www.apple.com/iphone-12-pro/
5G on iPhone isn’t just faster, it’s smarter, too. When your iPhone doesn’t need 5G speeds, like when it’s making updates in the background, it automatically uses LTE to save battery life. But as soon as speed does matter — if you’re downloading a season of your favorite show — iPhone 12 Pro jumps to 5G. Of course, you can also choose to use 5G whenever it’s available.
So will the device hop back and forth between T-Mobile's 5G network and Sprint's LTE network with the "Smart Data" setting enabled? (It sounds like it will be on by default.)
If you choose to set it to use 5G "whenever possible" and you're in a deployed 5G area, it sounds like you'll be parked on the T-Mobile 5G network. Would there be any reason to fall-back to Sprint's LTE network in that case?
Otherwise, how quickly will T-Mobile pull Sprint iPhones over to the T-Mobile LTE network?
It sounds like how it is for all 5G phones. My Samsung Note 20 Ultra is basically a T-Mobile phone. Unless I force the bands, I am more or less permanently on T-Mobile.

The powerline tower at Kirkland/Rose Hill (47.67565, -122.17482) got upgraded to n41 as well.
I noticed n41 on the 405 in an area where I have never seen it before and eventually found the source (there aren't a lot of TMobile towers in that area). That tower location makes huge sense if they intend to keep Sprints 2.5GHz towers online (either as B41 or n41) because it is located in a gap in Sprints B41 coverage.
Interestingly, it seems to be 60 MHz n41 BW, rather than 40MHz I saw at Canyon Park. I will go back in the next few days to check the n41 frequency and to see if it is broadcasting any T-Mobile B41.

Went by there today, it is broadcasting two 20MHz B41 carriers: 2538MHz and 2558MHz. The 60MHz n41 carrier is at 2597MHz.
Tmobiles plan for the 2.5GHz spectrum makes far more sense now. Irrespective of bandwidth:
2508MHz to 2568MHz: TMobile B41
2568MHz to 2628MHz: TMobile n41
2630MHz to 2690MHz: Sprint B41.
This gives them freedom to reallocate either B41 portion to make a contiguous 120MHz n41 allocation.

SE03302E is finally going from L2100 to a full build, including NR2500. This will relieve a huge amount of congestion in a rather busy area.
Is this the Bridle Trails powerline tower that was being worked on this weekend?

If you consider the recent Samsung FCC filings, I think the B41/n41 roll out is going to occur faster than expected. We can only hope that T-Mobile plans to take full advantage of its full b41/n41 spectrum. This is a very good sign.

The 64t64r M-MIMO panel just had a similar change as well, adding 40, 50, and 80 Mhz carriers. Considering these were the backbone of Sprint 5G in Samsung markets, there are a decent number of them around. It doesn't make sense for Samsung to file to the FCC unless T-Mobile intended to keep them.I just learned something new; the existing Samsung 8T8R B41 radios are now 5G NR capable with a software update (40, 50, 60 MHz bandwidths - 40 MHz capability was approved under a subsequent application):https://fccid.io/A3LSLS-BD10JQ/Test-Report/RF-Test-Report-4846240Since T-Mobile apparently doesn't use Samsung equipment, I'm unsure of the purpose of this modification.
https://fccid.io/A3LMTP02P-41A/Letter/A3LMTP02P-41A-C2PC-Letter-4898464
This could also explain why T-Mobile hasn't removed any of the Samsung 64t64r units in my area. Despite them being at ultra-high density areas.

Confirmed n41, though it's not live yet.Nice find! I'm unsurprised that n41 is going up on that site given T-Mobile has already deployed massive MIMO midband panels there.
I'll try to stop by tomorrow as well!

Then there's this when you click "Who's Eligible":
Does anyone know if that is Seattle Seattle or Metro Seattle?

FYI I just drove past the main T-Mobile/Sprint Woodinville tower (near Target) and there were workmen on the T-Mobile rack. It looked like they were installing n41 panels. I'll confirm tomorrow.

I did see your message and diagnostic report from last week.. been looking into it and will be adding some more diagnostics in the background to the next update so I can see more details. Some questions in the meantime:
Did this start with the last app update, or were you seeing it before?
How often do you see it? Any pattern (specific band, with/without 5G, specific location, etc)?
Have you done any recent software/firmware/OS updates on your device at all?
Unfortunately, this is on a new device (Note 20 Ultra) running Android 10. My old device (LG V30+) was stuck on Android 8, so I never saw that data. It is pretty random and sometimes fleeting. Give me a week or so and I will try to keep an eye for what patterns I can see.

Went by there today and confirmed it is broadcasting 3x20MHz b41 carriers (2518.4MHz, 2538.2 MHz, and 2558.0 MHz), and a single n41 carrier (2588.4 MHz, BW: 40 MHz). That means all 100 MHz from that antenna is accounted for. The allocation is odd considering the nearby Sprint tower is still broadcasting 3xB41 (2640.4MHz, 2660.2MHz, and 2680.0MHz). That means there is technically 120MHz (our of 194MHz) allocated to B41 in that area, 40MHz n41. This leaves a gap of around 30Mhz in the middle and 12Mhz at the low end left unallocated.

Sorry that was incorrect. Tengen31 corrected his statement to confirm I saw only NSA NR. So far I have only seen B71, B2, and B66 LTE+NR. That being said, I will definitely contribute any B41/N41 that I see.Awesome! If you're tracking the n41 deployment on the east side, feel free to post updates in the sponsor forum! It would be great to get that data on our maps.Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Some more towers have been moved over to 1910/1990 for B25 this morning. I am starting to wonder if the towers on 1910/1990 are ones which will potentially be kept. It seems like at this point, the only ones left on 1907.5/1987.5 are towers which will obviously not be kept.
