Is slow 4g because of backhaul issues? My phone shows 4 bars and 1 to 2 mbps down load speeds. The location is 16st n and 3 ave n. My buddy at work was asking and I didn't want to give any false info.

I did a lot of mapping today in St. Pete and noticed that in some areas when I ran a speed test I would get LTE type speeds, even with 2 to 3 bars. But for some reason off 16 st and between 1 ave n and 9 ave n , I get better 3g speeds. I know it's early in the rollout and I'm sure they'll fix it. It just seemed weird to me to see the 4g and be so slow

I'm like you Tux. I'm about 4 blocks away from LTE. It seems to be getting closer and closer by the day.

I'm sure it'll get a lot better. Besides, as long as the LTE is faster than wimax we will be better than we were.

I've gotten over 16.8mbps off the south tower with my sg3.

I noticed quite abit of 4g on Park Blvd between 66 st. And us19. This morning. I ran sensory, so hopefully it'll be up soon.

If you are talking to me Wildman, it's the water resource complex in St. Pete on 16 St. N. and 3rd Ave. N.

I allways get 4 to 5 bars and my 3G speedtest have been really fast. On the low side I get 1.25 mbps down, average is 1.8, and a high of 2.3.

No I didn't. But, my buddy that has a sg3 got a 4g signal on his phone but not mine. I was standing 3 feet from him. But he only had it for a minute or 2.

I got nothing there. Week 3g signal.

Don't mind me. I'm just belly aching. It sucks having LTE so close, yet so far away.

It will be 1 week tomorrow since our last 2 towers, and nothing since. I hate to be too impatient but, wtf. How many more towers are we waiting on to be upgraded total? There's no telling how long this might take.
