  1. What is the reason they shut it off after a few weeks?
  2. The more I think about it. Most LTE towers that were on a few weeks ago, now are shut off. Have a feeling that just a few are left to upgrade and within 2-3 weeks, the NYC will be officially launched and the towers will be turned on. It makes sense
  3. Like I said, it had been giving LTE service already for a few weeks
  4. Bro, don't bother answering the post if u know its gonna start another argument
  5. It's been on before for the last few weeks. This isn't an exception
  6. Ok not a big deal. Just making sure my phone isn't broken. This happened by another site within a few hundred feet as well
  7. Something is seriously messed up. I am currently by a confirmed LTE nv Tower that is complete. Within 1000 feet. Have been here before and got 5 bars. Have tried airplane toggle numerous times. Can't get a LTE signal. I'm using signal 2 and it says I'm def connected to the site. Any ideas what's going wrong?
  8. Yeah but u can do it for free with a rooted android or jb iPhone
  9. All I was trying to say was that tethering without a plan is against the terms, but it won't get you arrested.
  10. I'm sure if they did a survey, that 90% of people would agree. The thing with carriers that get people excited is that they advertise download a movie in 60 seconds etc. if they would advertise 5mbps and people would look it up and say, "hey this will take 7 mins, who wants that?" The reality is, people want consistency, but unfortunately as of now, that's not happening.
  11. The reality why AT&T and Verizon will have more consistent high download speed is. 1: 10x10 spectrum and 2: they don't have people streaming on their LTE service like sprint will have because of their data tier. (that's a reality and its gonna happen) if AT&T and Verizon went truly unlimited, their performance wouldn't be the same and would be conparable to sprint. I personally would rather have 5mbps capped. Nothing more, nothing less, unthrottled. I'm good with that! Does anyone agree?
  12. Yeah I have hit over 20, but realistly 5-10 will prob be avg
  13. Tmobile is hyping up their 1900mhz because they are supposedly gonna have the iPhone. I currently have a prepaid tmobile account with truly unlimited hspa and I get speeds like 5mbps on avg
  14. I have LTE now and I wasn't even lookin for it. If it was just this easy. But seriously it's really almost anywhere I go. I look at my phone at one place and it says 3G and the next place LTE. I must get it at least 10 times a day.
