And if u tell them you have LTE up in the Bronx and they check, they will tell you that it's not correct. They can't even see that on their systems.
-
Very possible that the 4g u were getting was at a test tower. Unfortunately since LTE is not officially launched yet in NYC, in not sure how much they are going to help u.
-
Did they originally quote a month with 2014 or did they just say 2014. Also when on the sprint website and u search for NYC, it says coming in the next few months. I thought that was the official launch

Annoying. In crown heights area and I'm getting lte everywhere. I'm so jealous it's not by me yet. Btw anyone in ch area please map ch area it's so much bitter then it's on sensorly plus you will make the ny map look so much bigger

Nextgen, Do you get LTE on almost every block your on up in the Bronx?
-
If u think about it each borough takes 10 weeks that could up to a year for some boros that would suck for some but I think everything will spread out in the next coming months so I wouldn't worry
-
Wow was it only 10 weeks ago when someone spotted 4g for the first time in the Bronx? Wow
-
I'm losing my patience waiting for 4g! Help!
-
The speeds seem good but the ping times are a little high for a nv upgrade. I heard pings should be in the low 40,s- 60,s
-
Let me try to understand what u mean. When they r doing Nv upgrades of service and upgrading 3G does that mean the qos or are they upgrading to more capacity so it will on par to Verizon ? Or does it mean 4g won't exist in these places and all and we will be getting a 3G upgrade instead?
-
As far as in concerned when they do the nv upgrade they will be adding 4G at the same time . Why would they do double work?
-
So all network vision sites that are complete are not also provisioned at the same time for 4g? I must be confused

In Baltimore and LTE has been extremely spotty. U will pick up a signal and lose it a minute later. Baltimore is no way done. But if u drive around far enough u will find it
-
If they are widening it, wouldn't that mean less coverage or it means the signal is stretched? I see it takes less time to set up if its not as many sites. But even if I were to get 3mbps consistently I think I'd rather have that then pay per gb even if its overloaded. I hope it's not like me metropcs Lte. They have a 1x1 spectrum and in NYC speeds are at 1mbps. Just pathetic
-
Looks like it will be Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, parts of Manhattan slowly and Staten Island
-
Btw I noticed that by putting on airplane mode in iPhone 5 it kinda forces LTE when available but it should be automatic. Who knows ?? Any Feedback
-
Figured it out. What does this mean? In Baltimore btw http://i48.tinypic.com/34sf8ep.jpg

Quick question? Would anyone know an app to see the db for LTE for iPhone to see how strong signal is?

On highway now and have had it for miles. Will update u on how it's working when I'm in actual city
