Guess I need to get a pay pal account so I can become a sponsor.
You don't have to have a paypal account. You can donate via credit card thru the paypal website without creating a paypal account

I wont be switching. Monthly bill will go up by $10 and I would gain an unlimited amount of useless voice minutes. If they were to roll out a lower priced plan that required you to pay a few cents per minute used I would probably be all over that.

A.J. had already posted a link to an article that stated that no divestiture would be required.

When I received the text it said Green Bay. I have a Michigan billing address and my area code is 715, while the Green Bay area code is 920. I really have no clue how it works

Why the heck would Sprint reimburse Crest for costs related to them trying to get the deal to fail?
-
They sneaked in and installed cabinets and new antennas and had it 3g accepted in 3 days on a site by me. That was almost 2 months ago. Still no LTE. Damn Time Warner hasn't hooked up the back haul yet. Or they haven't been back to turn it on and test it. I prefer to blame TWC though.

First of all, Welcome to the site.
Secondly, this is all true. Work is going on all over Wisconsin, all over the country for that matter.

Horrible signal today from the Marinette tower. Funny thing is it has been 3g accepted for over a month and broadcasting 800 for a few weeks now. Hope they are working on the LTE.

So how complicated will this get with 600Mhz auction if Sprint goes for it. Will they offer quadband or some triband with say 800/1900/2500 and others with 600/1900/2500. Or if Sprint gets a lot of 600, maybe some spectrum swapping takes place between carriers? Is quadband more realistic long term?
Hope to see a higher end Sammy SG4 or SG5 by end of this year with tri-band and not something mid-range. If LG does a high end and Sammy doesn't, it could be LG's break like what the first EVO did for HTC.
I believe a Tri band GS4 has been slated to release this fall. Im sure we wont see a GS5 until next spring.

I see, thanks for the explanation

I check for firmware updates when I hear about a new one being released. I check for PRL after a new one is released and digiblur has had time to analyze it. I'm pretty sure I have never checked for a Profile update. I'm not even sure what the Profile is.

Yes it is, lol. Wonder who is next in line to make it rain?

So are you the one I was in that fun little bidding war with?

We should band together and bombard ebay with emails requesting to let the countdown clock auction happen

I thought the only native Sprint coverage in the U.P. was in St. Ignace and the Sault?!?!?
Can you get some tower pictures?
Is this the tower in Marinette across the river in Wisconsin
Yes it is the tower just over the river. Sorry it took me so long to respond been a busy weekend

What the heck is Voom? Never heard of it before. And I didn't know that Dish bought Slingmedia. How sad!

I had the same question. After I started reading that wiki page I started to remember seeing Voom advertisements in magazines and such.

You may still be in the testing phase
