  1. Sprint should end overages for Mobile hotspot data and even family plans and just throttle down to 128Kbps like T-mobile.
  2. Tons of 3G only sites here in Maui, Especially in the Wailuku area.. The cell density of 3G compared to LTE is amazing.
  3. [emoji47] oh well, still happy with sprint. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Is it possible for sprint to gain 10x10Mhz on B26? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ooh, awesome. When does refarming occur? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Ordered mine today, Can't wait
  7. Does anybody know how wide Sprint's 1900 PCS LTE is in Hawaii? 5x5? 10x10? I think it's 5x5 but do you think Sprint could gain more PCS spectrum to get 10x10?
  8. I don't think music streaming causes much congestion. Each song 2-8MB. Burst of high speed for like 3 seconds? Now where T-Mobile screwed up was uncapping speedtest with it not metering data usage for speedtests. Every T-Mobile user I see now pulls their phone out and run speedtests to check their speed. The network has degraded so much from this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. What's pulling you back from the idea of Unlimited Unmetered music? If you're in a family data share plan with 20G, 4 Devices streaming Pandora everyday.. That 20GB will be depleted quick. Sprint needs Unlimited music streaming to draw customers away from T-mo who are staying because of that. Single line no problem, You've got unlimited. Family.. Nope
  10. Eh, I guess it's the same.. Sprint Postpaid/Prepaid then MVNO's like VM, Boost T-Mobile Postpaid/Prepaid then MetroPCS
  11. Sprint should just consolidate VM and Boost into Sprint, It'll give it a stronger brand name like T-Mobile Postpaid and Prepaid..
  12. Does anybody know why Virgin Mobile has "Limitless Music" - LINK Is it coming to postpaid customers on Sprint? VM is a MVNO of sprint so I don't see why not..
  13. How will Sprint kill all WiMax sites on Nov 6? Do they go to each site and power down the equipment or does Corp have like a remote kill switch?
  14. https://youtu.be/7LlhTt6kQB8 AFAIK, Sprint and T-Mobile co-exist on the same tower serving the testing location [emoji111]️ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Sprint and T-Mobile have different routes in my area. Where as Verizon and AT&T may have a low latency locally, testing mainland would yield high pings Sprint and T-Mo are opposite, high latency on local servers and low latency on mainland servers. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/i/1409667621 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Here's that cell site, new Carrier on top of it. Can anybody identify whose on the top and bottom? It appears the panels are installed but isn't hooked up yet (judging from that dangling wire) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. That looks like a C.O.W, Does Clear use C.O.W's? (I'm assuming it's a cow since it's small)
  18. That cell site near Dairy Road at Kahului, has a new carrier on it!! I'll try and snap some pics on it, it kinda looks like the panels on the equipment spotting thread for Alcatel-Lucent, And Hawai'i is a Alcatel-Lucent market.. Hmmm is it possible this is a new site Sprint has leased? Sprint already has a Clearwire site also on Dairy road, so not sure what's going on but he's hoping it's Sprint if not I'll be hoping Sprint will convert that Clear site as that section of town needs it. One of these suckers must be Clear, as Clear marks this location with a tower icon Literally down the block this is that site with a new carrier ontop (pics upclose coming tomorrow)
  19. Does anybody know how long it'll take Sprint to convert existing WiMax sites into Sprint cell sites after WiMax has been fully shutdown.
