I've found a permit on a Clearwire tower near my home! Clear gear is still ontop but the Permit calls for adding 3 Panels/Antennas. I've also noticed that all the upgrades always included 3 Panel antennas, However the Permit doesn't directly point to Sprint. It's stumping me because the permit is "HI2 VALLEY ISLES" Project: HI2-VALLEY ISLE Now occupied as: antenna tower To be occupied as: antenna tower Scope: adding 3 antenna Could this be Sprint NV/Spark gear on a clearwire site? Can they run Clearwire and Spark at the same time?

Did you verify? Power cycle, Airplane mode? Is the Signal totally gone or just data is down, In Hawaii Signal is still up but data is down

Is Sprint able to fight off the injunction so that they'll be able to shutdown WiMax completely in markets where Mobile Beacon and Mobile Citizen don't even serve?

The Karma I think, has access to Band 25/Band 26.. Does anybody see the problem? 5x5Mhz I'm hoping that Karma has disabled that and has their device only connect to Spark

Correct me if wrong but, Looks like the Karma Go has access to Band 25/Band 26 Gulp.. They should disable that and make it only access Sprint Spark (Band 41) which has more capacity than Band 25 and Band 26

It's pretty far from the next nearest Sprint site. Only 2-3 bars of band 26. 1 Bar band 25 and band 41 has no reach at this location at all. I'm really hoping they'll convert it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is it possible that only these small clear sites will only get a B41 deployment? (We've got a ton of em' here in Hawaii) I've only spotted 3-4 towers that are "Towers" http://puu.sh/l9kha/18ac23d9f2.jpg I don't see how the full NV gear will fit on that tiny A** Pole

On the side note: does positioning in a tower help signal propagation? Clear/Sprint has a WiMax site leased at the very top of this tower and I must say the signal travels very far -75 through a tick concrete wall.. Or did just Clearwire ramp up the power on that site -75 on a little USB modem, -66 on a Clear hub express

Sprint is doing something funky with the Clearwire site in my area, I'm connected to WiMax but no data.. Hmm Oh well :/ Was planning to stream a netflix movie at 11:59 and watch the Signal die with the video
