Was AT&T previously on this site? This almost looks like a new build
Yup. It's an upgrade.

Neighbors have actually reported improvements as of late. Spots where they would drop calls with Sprint are gone now. They did have to go get new SIM cards though because it seems like Sprint > T-Mobile roaming wasn't working.

Got some pictures
It's definitely for AT&T since the empty boxes were inside their fence.

Are there distinct antennas for band 14 deployment? There's a new rack going up with new kinds of antennas here in Grand Forks. The antennas are approximately the same size as T-Mobile's 600MHz antennas but it's not those.

Supposedly it has for years. But never did for me (self hosted VPN). I'm not sure how they detect it... Possibly DPI, or possibly by just matching traffic to the popular VPN providers.
Never has for me either. Work VPN, CloudFlare VPN, neither have ever counted towards my hotspot usage ever.

Since when did VPN start counting against your hotspot allowance?

many of the newer devices are reporting it looks like T-MOBILE bands are the priority and they now fall back on the sprint network.
Please no. I experienced the T-Mobile network here. I don't want to go back to that trash unless integration is totally complete. How do I make this not happen until integration is done?

So an interesting discovery. Talking from the OP of this post:
His device is doing 12+41+41. This is confirmed in the field test mode screenshots and speed test results. Data is working. VoLTE is working. Status bar indicates "Sprint LTE".
Speed test results and primary carrier
@RAvirani, any thoughts?
Edit: I figured it out. Field test mode hasn't updated in over an hour. Never mind.

So I force my sprint note 10 plus on tmobile network. I no longer get cap at 5 mbps down or up. I did speed test 110 mbps now. This great sign of allowing us sprint people first on there network take more advantage. This is in BALTIMORE MARKET.
Next time I'm out in the boonies I'll have to test this.

Also, may I say that I'm loving watching US Cellular cry. "We have to actually do stuff now! This sucks!"

You don't need to shut down EDGE to deploy 10x10. EDGE can operate in the LTE guard band.
In any market where T-Mobile's LTE EARFCN is a round number plus one (for example in Louisville the L1900 EARFCN is 1051) they are running edge in the lower LTE guard band.
So why would they only deploy 5x5 b2 when they own 10x10?

Selectively.
2G upgrades everywhere near me only saw PCS LTE. No AWS was added. 700MHz has been slow going. Dropped here and there. Taken a long time to get where it is at today. Then looking at new deployments a lot of sites are just low band or mid band. Where my brother lives in KY, brand new deployments in his area and the sites only have AWS or PCS, not both and not 700A when they own the license and KY terrain very much needs low band. Then I have seen other sites that only get 700A deployed. Sites that aren't full builds are only getting 600 added and nothing else.
There's no consistency to how they deploy spectrum. Most towers in my area are 2/12. One is 2/12/71 and one is 2/4. Not surprisingly the congestion is terrible. I don't know why all sites here aren't at least 2/4/12 and why they haven't dumped EDGE for 10x10 band 2.

Nothing different in ND on this update. On the January update a few sites went from being LTE+3G to 3G only.

So CPUC is mad because T-Mo and Sprint didn't wait for the official vote before closing the merger. CPUC already said they were gonna vote yes so I don't know why they're being whiners.

So Sprint managed to pick up some band 41 licenses up here back in April. Conveniently around that time I noticed Nokia 64T64R panels popping up on T-Mobile racks.
