Just for the next 60 days.
Well what good does that do them when they start moving Sprint customers over after the 60 days? They will have no usable lowband which will result in lots of lost customers because no one can use their phones indoors.

Sorry, I corrected it above, they did get some spectrum from Dish.
Is the 600 Dish is letting them use for 60 days or did they actually buy some?

They did some 600MHz from some other spectrum holders such as Comcast but not Dish at least not yet.
They need to get on it. If they throw Sprint users onto the B12 and B71 they have now... It gives me the chills just thinking about it.

When the merger closes and the network is opened, presumably every Sprint user will be able to use B12.
Man the new T-Mobile is going to have no usable lowband unless they get some 600 from Dish and they don't waste it on N600.

This morning, my phone roamed on T-Mobile via the 310260 PLMN instead of 311490. But it was still restricted to PCS and did not roam on 700.
I don't think we'll ever see b12 roaming since it's completely useless pretty much everywhere.

Yes I know they are supposed to host B26 for at least 3 years. If they are only hosting B26 on a Sprint site because B25 and B41 is served by a Tmobile site then they will probably move the B26 equipment to the T-mobile site.
I thought they were selling b26 to Dish and they only thing they had to keep up was CDMA.

There's a 120MHz spectrum limit on current M-MIMO equipment. Also, N41 and B41 could be faster if they had better backhaul.

No it's still there B5 it's being taken off LTE until DSS is ready
So it'll be UMTS/HSPA and NR on 850MHz?
-
So what's happening to HSPA on b5 in areas where n5 is deployed? Is it being retired?

I suspect that roaming onto TMobile will still result in a hard drop of the data session.
Probably. Can't just drop everyone onto the T-Mobile network because it would be instant network death. Gotta get the network set up with Sprint's spectrum and tested before they even think about moving anyone. Best case two to three year integration time.

Now, when will us users first benefit?
You'll probably get full T-Mobile roaming initially. Neville Ray said it would take two to three years to integrate so you'll probably be waiting for a while.

LOL... Like I said... I like the last bullet point. $15 million for CA and our state partners in crime.... I mean just "partners".... You pay us for suing you! Blood sucking ....... 's ! LOL I guess California does try to squeeze blood out of a Turnip. They squeeze milk out of Almonds.... why not!
What they also do is produce ads for California cheese with footage of the New Zealand countryside.

I think US Cellular is a bit salty because they know their roaming revenue is about to plummet and their roaming costs are about to go up...

Sprint isn't bringing any lowband though. They need to buy Dish's 600. No usable lowband hurts everyone.
