If you reboot or factory data reset, I bet it goes back to non-working!?!?!

I bet the new firmware was pushed out to your units. Upon bootup they didn't pass the address verification part. Does any of the addresses of your MB's pass the address verification test? https://www.sprint.com/landings/magic-box-eligibility/index.html If not, take a unit to a location that DOES pass the test and let it boot up. Then take it back. Will probably work but not permanently 😕
