Update on the swipe issue. I switched to the sense keypad ,and the spacing and capitalization issues are fixed ,plus the microphone is back. I don't like the layout as much, but it's a start......

Great, now I'm going to freak out.
-
I've not gotten it in that area either. I would not panic on the EVO yet, From what I've seen so far, if I'm in a LTE area with a strong signal, the switch is pretty quick. It only seems to lag when the signal is questionable. It seems the phone can't decide which way to go. If the system gets filled in as good as Robert and others have implied, I'm sure this will be a moot issue.

I'm in the "western dead zone." It seems if you go west of 59 the signal drops

I'm not getting the LTE at my house in Joliet, but when I've been out and about getting it, I've gone through just over a gig so far
-
But I think its going to be worth it
-
Drink it in..... This is a new system being turned on slowly, it'd be foolish to think there would be no hiccups

The list has 35 more sites on it.

Filled in a bunch of 355 and 55. Nothing at home yet, but progress is progress...
-
Just drove past there (about 5:30am), got no LTE, but saw that all the good Ryder Cup parking was almost gone.
-
I've been going different routes just to fill in the 3g info...
-
I just got a taste of it as well out here. Check Sensorly, I mapped canton farm from 59 to 55. Now lets hope it keeps going west of 59..... Fingers crossed.....

I should say that the speed and depth of response to every issue by Robert and all the contributing members is a clear indication to how much they care. Last I checked no one here was looking into off shore accounts to hide their gains.... Thanks Robert, keep up with the good work. Maybe Sprint should start giving you a kick back for all the customers you've saved them......

Progress is progress. I was getting occasional bursts of LTE before I even started seeing the eHrpd, I'm still waiting for it to come back now that I know about the debug menu. Can't wait to see the signal strength to see if LTE is going to be possible in my house.
-
EHrpd just showed up around me about a week ago, before that I was averaging about 1 up and down. Since the switch my speeds have been down

No LTE and starting to miss EVDO

I used Sensorly on my 40 mile trip through Will and DuPage today. 3g points: 2224. 4g points: 0. I even did the airplane mode thing about 5 times.
-
I'll check next time through. Doesn't help for the home, but it's good to see it's near by
-
That's just up the road from me, fingers crossed

Was thinking I'd wake up to lte in Joliet, but I think they flipped the switch the wrong way. No 4g, and 3g is slower than it's been in a long time. Maybe later.......
-
I'm in the same boat, Joliet area had the lte then lost it, getting only the ehrpd. I tasted the lte last night but unusable also.
