    it all comes down to how much stock of the old phone is on hand. If there still alot of nexus s and OG evos in stock then you can bet you'll be getting one of them. the og evo was EOL'd some time ago so there stock of them should drying up. so if you broke yours and had to make a claim I would say the odds are good that you get the evo 3D, but not for certain.

    sometimes there good reason for whining, i've been with sprint for over 10 years and have had my issues with them more then once, they have gotten there act together alittle better but I can't remeber how many times I was on the verge of canceling Sent from my Evo 3D using Tapatalk

    I also have forumrunner and hate it because the interface isn't as nice as Tapatalk 2.0 and more so the that even if you buy the pro/paid version of fourmrunner you still get/see ads. Sent from my Evo 3D using Tapatalk
