  1. Android L on the S5, interesting. http://m.androidcentral.com/android-l-samsung-galaxy-s5
  2. http://m.kcra.com/news/iphone-6-owner-strangers-icloud-loads-onto-her-phone/28278422
  3. Yeah its only really downloading maps and the network "footprint"
  4. Welcome to the forums. I never get any hiccups while streaming music while sensorly is mapping. But what you can do to make sure is upload only when on wifi. It will still collect data and upload later when on wifi.
  5. Eh keep testing. But only as long as you make sure your on b41 first. Otherwise the bandwidth cops will give you a warning.
  6. Did you try other speed test apps? Sensorly, root metrics, etc, even some websites do speed tests.
  7. I just posted that image as an example as I do not have an iphone. When lilotimz posted how to check for b41 I thought the whole bandwidth thing would be a clear and easy indication. sorry if this was already brought up.
  8. Does ios 8 still show upload and download bandwidth? Cause wouldn't it just show 20mhz for b41.
  9. More like a 6 lane super HOV Highway that only certain cars are allowed on and that's why there is no congestion. While in the left lanes you laugh at everyone else in the congested 2 lanes to your right.
  10. Saw this report on the east bay about law enforcement using stingrays to Intercept cell signals. This is only a gsm problem right? http://m.ktvu.com/news/news/local/2-investigates-cell-phone-surveillance/nhRSR/
  11. Here's an article in the bay area about law enforcement using stingrays http://m.ktvu.com/news/news/local/2-investigates-cell-phone-surveillance/nhRSR/
  12. If you live in a "spark" market, the difference will be like night and day.
  13. Bbspot, I know you been tracking the b26 sites. Do you know where these 2 are coming from? I got this briefly in the city.
  14. There's a lot of work going on in the bay area right now. Plenty of B41 sites are now available in San Francisco and the Peninsula. If you check the more recent speed tests in sensorly you can see some areas getting very fast speeds. I got these today in the mission B25 is only 5x5 and b26 will be as well B41 however is 20x20. More then any other carrier has continuously. Read up on b41 8t8r antennas that are being deployed by sprint all over the country. More people can chime in with their experience with the south bay. Parts of South bay are not great but I guess it depends exactly where you work and play. It's getting better everyday.
  15. Here's a recent article about uploads vs downloads during games. http://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-sports-teams-are-scrambling-to-keep-millennials-coming-to-games/
  16. Excellent, all of you can finally stop stressing out b25.
  17. Just read about it. It's a carrier exclusive app (EE) called "cash on tap" sounds like a google wallet competitor. Like ISIS. So no apple pay and Google wallet yet on the tubes. http://www.engadget.com/2014/09/16/contactless-card-nfc-payments-london-tube/
  18. That's cool, What app handles the transaction? Hope it gets more widespread. That would be an application I would literally use everyday instead of paying at a cashier.
  19. Why not cut out the middle man and just use nfc payments directly at the turnstiles and buses. Would be the same as cash. And monthly passes can be stored on the phones.
  20. Speaking of b41. I'm gonna miss all these fast ass speedtests once the iPhones drop. But it'll be for the best if it frees up b25. I wonder how much b41 expediting sprint did before this imminent launch. I've been noticing a lot of new sites in sf.
  21. Thanks for the tip. Just read about it elsewhere looks like an interesting little hack that might speed up other things. Just didn't help with this one little bug.
  22. Yeah I rebooted. So is it just me? Can anyone else play videos through the newsstand app while on lte?
  23. Changed it to Still same error message. What's weird is that if I start the video in wifi I can switch over to LTE just fine. And it'll finish playing. The video just needs to initialize in wifi.
  24. This screen? Change all these to zeroes?
