  1. @Gopher Your PSU is rated 330W MAX, Mhmm the GT 630 requires a 350W minimum PSU with +12@20A that being your components are not requiring a lot of juice either, I calculated something’s and I think you may be able to run the 630 but I don't recommend, The FX 5500 is a fan less card and a low powered card, chances are your PC won't boot, and if it does boot you might burn out your PSU during peak. QWIKSTRIKE offered you a 400W PSU, I think you should take it and then worry about buying a GPU. As of now your 330W +12V@17A might not be sufficient enough to run. The PNY GT 630 witch has the VGA is a little slower than the Evga GT 630 http://www.newegg.co...orce%20gt%20630 @QWIKSTRIKE I don't think there’s a need for him to upgrade past 400W. His PC is outdated already, won't be any point but future proofing. Also I want to add that you are a very nice person for offering him some help
  2. I checked some cards out, There are some ATI that out perform the GT Geforce for around the same price but I would suggest to stay with the Nvidia brand. Your mother bored is lacking in the RAM department and even if you wanted to upgrade you couldn't pass the 2GB limit set by your north bridge thus an upgrade from that FX 5500 128MB of on bored ram would speed up animation etc Depending on how much power, your power supply will provide you, you have 2 options IMO The GeForce GT 630 http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814130792 or The GeForce GT 640 http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814130795 The cards both require a minimum of +12@20A, What is the current power supply of your PC make and model would help EDIT: I guess the GeForce GT 640 is not a good option, I see that your Mobo only has a PCI x16 and the GT 640 needs a PCI 3.0 x16, you can still get it but chances are it will bottleneck which will be a waste of money, Just go with the 630 IMO.
  3. Do you think Sprint will ever remove Unlimited data plans? I mean how would they be able to sustain constant network speeds when users are always going to be on the network, this is the main reason why Att and big red limited plans, so their networks don't always be at full capacity. I may be wrong but this is just my opinion what do you guys/gals think?
  4. This tower was placed in Bronx New York. I spoke to a Rep and he told me that the NV has an estimate of completion of October in New York. I hope he was wrong and NV happens sooner but we will just have to wait.
