HowardForums in the early to mid 2000's was a fairly good wireless forum with some great posters. It was also fairly well moderated. The last few years though the moderation got lax and the trolls took over, driving away any posters of substance they had. As with any forum, go lax on the moderation and let the trolls rule, it will go to s**t in a hurry. And once you lose your good posters, they usually never come back. The same thing happened to SprintUsers. That is why I enjoy S4GRU so much. Zero tolerance for trolls and discussion that is not constructive.

Anybody having issues with the time on their phone being wrong when in Automatic mode. When I turn it off it is correct, but if I turn the set automatically back on it moves forward an hour. Could it be a network issue, maybe a tower that did not get updated for DST ending? iPhone 6S running 9.1

As long as the phones are performing within published specs, it's not an issue and nobody is getting ripped off. Samsung has done this with Galaxy phones before, not a huge issue. First world problems.

Don't put that in your tweet. Just tweet at them what your problem is. @sprintcare will then ask you to follow them, and they will send you a DM for your acct info.

I actually don't tweet much but with Sprint is has been an effective tool with CS issues if all other avenues are failing. I would not go to twitter first, but when chat was telling me I owed all this money I think it is appropriate.

Just got a response from my twitter DM to @sprintcare. Charges have been wiped out. All good now!

Mine came about 3 days after I got the phone via USPS. I got an email from Sprint when it was shipped.

Some interesting comments from Sprint employees in this reddit concerning the return process on iPhone forever some of us are having issues with. https://www.reddit.com/r/Sprint/comments/3nldg7/regretting_my_iphone_6s_preorder/

Any luck on resolution? I have @sprintcare looking at my acct now. They are going to contact me later.

Yup. No warning you would be charged for the device upfront. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was skeptical of this process from the beginning and this was what I was afraid of. No way you should be expected to pay that only to get a bill credit later. That would basically be like them requiring you to prepay a years worth of service. Just a poorly thought out process. My phones were signed for on the first and I still have not heard anything and I have a bill due on the 12th. Time to start tweeting. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

iOS 9.1 public beta 3 is also now out.

FWIW, this is what sprint care on Twitter told me. "You should receive your return kits within 3-5 days. It does not matter which return kit you use for your devices." Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
