  1. Noticed that after the "announcement" today that they no longer say Sprint Spark they call it their "LTE Plus" network.
  2. It isn't open to the public. Not publicly or even useably, for the most part. *(screenshots from earlier today)* Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. That line through Charleston has been there for a while now there are all kind of anomalies like that in nTelos land it isn't active/open. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Wait is that confirmed...??!! Charlestown WV? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. They add and subtract spill over all the time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I'm heading home to Beckley this evening, if it's effective immediately, I'll find out for sure I'm very excited. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just noticed today that one of the sites on my dorm's rooftop is nTelos kinda pointless info Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. In for a big disappointment lul Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Everyone on the lookout today? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Miracle might just happen because I moved to Morgantown today and I'm pretty sure they've not launched LTE here. My luck it makes it to places like Beckley. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. There's plenty of phantom LTE on Sensory in (not much longer) nTelos land.
  12. of 2016 probably. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Yes the Clearwire broadcast is what I was referring to. If only this could be finalized sooner [emoji24] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Hope Morgantown gets Spark quickly when deployment starts. Moving there Friday and WVU wifi isn't too reliable from what I hear.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I looked in the Shentel public thread last night and someone said that they have the ok from Sprint to deploy B41 but there are some broadcasting limitations preventing them from deploying it at the moment or something along those lines. I don't think it's a major necessity right now, especially in nTelos land just bring ANY LTE to us and we will be more than happy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Does this mean that this thread will need to be moved/merged to the Shentel thread sooner or later????
  17. http://welcometoshentel.com/network-improvements/ This single page is more than nTelos and Sprint have done in 2 years I'm so excited thank you Shentel
  18. Since it isn't closing until 2016 we are probably looking at the same completion time but at least it will be much better when it is completed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Something I've noticed being in an area where the US Cellular 3G roaming is, Sprint really held back the roaming threshold of their phones. I'm on -120 3G in an area where I would usually stay on full bars of USC 1X. Service is totally unusable even for standard Text Messages. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I can't confirm any HD voice in Beckley (mainly because I don't know anyone with an Android device nor do I know how to check for it on iOS) but recently calls have been very clear and there is a noticeable difference whereas some are very clear, comparable almost to wifi calling, and others just sound ordinary. 21. This is the view from the front door of the condo I'm staying at which totally gets my nerd side going because I have fantastic service in the condo. But there are a couple of things that confuse me... 1. What's the slim antenna to the right for? 2. Why is this single antenna pointed in the direction of the coast? I don't see any others on the rooftop. I've been around this island and service isn't through the roof, it's littered with dead zones and 3G only spots. For example on the beach directly infront of this antenna I have 2-3 bars of 800 and drop to 3G after a short walk in either direction. I'm just glad that my curiosity as to where the "tower" was has finally been fulfilled and it's also great staying with people on VZW and AT&T who have "No Service" here and I have full bars in the room and can avoid the painfully slow wifi speeds. 22. Last I heart about CCA no Sprint phone was compliant with it. This really isn't anything new just more smoke and mirrors from a Sprint representative. I wouldn't be surprised if Marcello himself was as clueless on nTelos agreement as we were and what all is going on. It's probably not going to happen until 2017 on their deadline still unfinished but launched to prevent the fall of nTelos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. There have been no reports here of nTelos broadcasting anything but 1900. Your post stated 700 and that it was not NV compliant which was one of the criteria set by Sprint under the agreement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. I'm pretty certain we cleared up that nTelos is running a 1900 network. There are screenshots that prove it on this very thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
