  1. Once cell sites have had their 3G vision stuff completed how long does it take for the CSFB to start working?  In Minneapolis a bunch of the towers look upgraded according to the completed maps but my Nexus 5 will not connect to them yet for LTE.  It will connect to towers like 30 miles south so I know my phone's LTE works fine.

There is no set time.  A couple towers in Roseville are going on over two weeks now.

  2. Not one of these answers the question.

That's not the point. There is no need to start a new thread when there are already multiple threads concerning Wifi calling.

  3.  there is a reason you are told to assist children put them on before you put yours on, the chance of losing of consciousness or simply not having the ability to function will present itself very quickly.

I thought you are supposed to put on your mask before assisting others?  Maybe I should pay more attention from now on.

  4. Is LTE a weaker? As it lights up more and more around town it has always felt weaker and fragile.

I drove up to a new site that was activated just to see the difference, on CDMA only i was getting a solid -30 dBm but when i switced it back it connected to LTE at -61 dBm and i didn't move an inch. Is there a reason its like this?

Yes, LTE is more fragile. Also LTE & CDMA are calculated differently.

  5. Why is Sprint not deploying LTE on b26 right now? I have seen on the maps that the towers are 3G/800/4G in his area but why not installing 4G on 800 when you are working on the network anyways?

They are currently installing LTE on b26.  You're looking at the wrong map. The maps in the Premier section shows sites with accepted LTE on b26.

    3. Because sprint will download some crap to my phone can i have it rooted prior to that download to install CM or will it reject the update?

Is there a way to get sprints VM installed on the phone?

You said you didn't want Sprint's crap on your phone.

  7. I'm pulling down -113 at my house and I often have to turn off my LTE in order to talk on my phone to not be disconnected.  I am connected to the closest tower and I believe the next closest tower is already updated.   Is that normal at that level?   Is it going to be like this until 800 gets turned on?

    Try a different phone.
