  1. I heard they are making the new ihot pocket , its a smart hot pocket ..... Still taste like a hot pocket aka cardboard but you get gps , wifi , and LTE in select markets , and you still get the same raging diarrhea .... Hot pocketttt!!!!
  2. The reason the nexus had lte was because it was based after the optimus g which supported LTE, the snapdragon 800 supports lte on bands 26 , and 41 but whether samsung included signal amplifiers n filters for those LTE bands is a mystery, if they didn't no amount of software is going to get those bands but if they did they could get it class 2 change on the note 3 and enable through a future update...I would assume they didn't because the fcc filing didn't show support for those bands but it also didn't show LTE support for the nexus 4 , so unless someone with enough tech know how wants to take apart their brand new note 3 .. Then we will have to wait for sprint to issue a statement or just assume it's not their
  3. I believe Samsung makes the 64 bit A7 chip in the iPhone 5s
  4. Pretty true , except in our case the note 3 suffers mono band-leosis , which symptoms include loss of LTE signal in tunnels , subways , basements , and any building with thick walls, the doctor only gives it another 2 years max life span... It's a crippling illness , But there is a vaccine in the works , one that sprint says will help any future Phones made in 2014
  5. When sprint has a 4 year 15.5billion dollar contract with apple. I think they are going to do what they can to sell more iphones. Tech guys like us are the minority most of us have a good idea on what phone we are going to get down to two or 3 phones, but there are a lot of people that just buy the phone for the name or because they saw a commercial about the phone , samsung and apple have that market cornered. For instance look at the htc one its a great phone , gets great reviews but isn't going to sell nearly as much as the gs4 or even iphone 5 and its just as good if not better in some aspects and that has mostly to do with marketing. I don't think sprint wants the iPhone to have to compete with the note 3 for sales right off the bat. But then again it's only a theory so I could be wrong but I am just trying to look at it from a business perspective. Hopefully we see the note 3 on the 2nd of October
  6. Sprint has a track record of announcing devices late for ex the moto x. They didn't announce a release date for that until a day before they got it . Which was like a week after AT&T n Verizon got it. Then also the galaxy mega which AT&T released on august 23 and even U.S cellular put out today and still no word from sprint and lg g2 which every other carrier released but sprint isn't going to be taking pre orders on until the 11th of October. I have a different theory on why they have been quiet about the note 3 and other devices and it has to do with there contract with apple. I think they don't want any other flagship devices that could compete with the iPhone 5s on the shelves to guarantee they make a certain amount of money off of the iPhone 5s, at least for a couple of weeks
  7. This device seems to be the htc desire 601 or code name htc Zara http://www.phonearena.com/news/HTC-Desire-601-with-Sprint-LTE-bands-visits-the-FCC_id47573
  8. They ebay sellers page for the mega say's no sim in the title. Now I don't know if he means that it has a removable uicc (sim) and its not provided or It doesn't need it and they went back to embedding it like the older LTE phones. Since sprint hasn't released it yet only time will tell, But since the newer trend seems that they are using the removable uicc you could be right
  9. My mistake your are correct. I have only had lte with two earlier sprint lte phone but the new lte phones use UICC A UICC card is the physical smart card that allows for LTE network authentication and access. It’s a new generation SIM (Subscriber Identification Module) card. No customer-specific information—like contacts, address book, or account information, photos, or personal data— is stored on this card. It could be embedded like they did with the early LTE phones but I am not sure
  10. Sprint doesn't use SIM cards for their LTE service...but I agree we should get to know this guy appears to have connections , if he is legit. It could be a sham but he appears to have a decent seller rating on ebay and the pictures of it look legit
  11. It looks to be on the way their is someone on eBay selling the sprint variant of the mega already. I would expect a release from sprint any day now. Here is the link to the ebay page http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=151122925471
