  1. Can you check out the one south of I40 on coors? I swear it looked like additional one but maybe I was mistaken.
  2. I think these are the permits that I found. They added an additional antennae at Coors and I40 as well. Did the same at Osuna and Wyoming.
  3. Band 26 helped greatly for Albuquerque. Hard part is EP is only one band 25 5x5
  4. My last update was about beginning of November 16, 2015 as that was the most recent update to the NVSites Completed Maps in the sponsor section. EP was at 87% of sites had the 3G updates and 82% had LTE accepted.
  5. RT @packers: Time for Round 4!RT to win a @NewEraCap #PackersDraft hat. Another random winner announced tomorrow night. https://t.co/zB1i…

  6. No. EP is included in the market. I have a map but it is outdated if they have completed towers in the last six months.
  7. Not specifically. I have seen crews working on towers but Verizon small cells are hitting ABQ.
  8. This timeline is not just specific to El Paso but every city/market where no band 41 exists. It will take this long in Abq, Santa Fe and Farmington. It is just the way it goes.
  9. Yes those are! Go into Fieldtest mode (*3001#12345#*) and see what your EAFRN is! I thought that this would happen in ABQ or Santa Fe first as both cities have band 25 and 26 widely deployed but apparently Alamagordo needed it more!
  10. Here is the FCC link to all of the bidders for 600. http://transition.fcc.gov/Daily_Releases/Daily_Business/2016/db0318/DA-16-269A2.pdf
  11. http://www.fiercewireless.com/story/verizon-t-mobile-among-104-applicants-fccs-600-mhz-incentive-auction/2016-03-18 According to the list, Network LeaseCo is not on there and most likely not the one bidding for 600.
  12. A combined Sprint/Tmo/Dish is impossible. More improbable than a S/Tmo merger. However, I could see a Dish Sprint merger. That is feasible.
  13. Why didn't you use wifi at home?
  14. Has the list of channels that are interested been released yet? For locals, I use an over the air and I am concerned about losing some channels.
  15. I believe I have found Sprint band 41 permits in the ABQ system. I will be updating the premier spreadsheet soon. Keep your eyes peeled.
  16. The network compared to three or four years ago is night and day. I'm not leaving bc I don't have huge speed tests. I don't watch video on my phone. That's why I have a roku or chromecast. My plan with 5 phones is more affordable for me than if I left. Also I travel too much to rural NM to switch to tmo. There is places I go that Verizon and sprint are the only ones that work. Right now I am satisfied. When band 41 comes that's icing on the cake.
  17. Like all problems we have, Sprint needs to deploy the equipment necessary for us to access. I still think it will start later on this year (Sept/Oct) is what I am hoping. If not, ok I'm a bad guesser. Nice part would be, the equipment should be fired up with at least two carriers going if not three.
  18. From the spectrum dashboard, I have calculated that sprint has upwards to 100mhz in ABQ. I haven't done El Paso. Sprint has enough 2.5 to have 5 carriers of band 41 if possible/needed which means they can aggregate 3 (3xCA and a 2xCA). That spectrum alone in ABQ beats all of Tmo spectrum portfolio including AWS-3 they just bought. Let that blow your mind...
  19. Today is Pi day. The best pi day was March 14, 1592 at 6:53am.

  20. Funny thing is, I have LTE almost all the way to Gallup for work. Just a couple of sites need to get finished. There is no Band 26 out that way either. Works quite well on the highway. Sadly, 10x10 is impossible in the near future. More likely for El Paso than ABq. Being in Amarillo for work the last couple of weeks makes me very hopeful for band 41. The site spacing there isn't great but on my iphone 6 I can hold a -114rsrp to -120 and still get 10 to 20 megs down. This is the reason why I won't leave. I can wait for it.
  21. Completing the remaining legacy sites would be good. Im not surprised that Sprint has a low market share. Just remember, someone always has to be last. Sadly the Albuquerque market is one of those markets.
