yea i saw it on the maps.... just didnt want to give to much candy away to non supporters

so do any of you think that someday, sprint will fill in its LTE footprint, on say major freeways?? take vegas to LA.....there was HORRIBLE coverage...on a main freeway, that serves probably thousands daily...so who knows how many sprint custys are there... On my way down from up north...I could tell (i think anyway) that most of those have at least the upgraded GMO, or 3g service...as it was constantly hitting around 2.00 down instead of the .05 typical of layton.... so is it upgraded equip?? less people?? a little of both?? and will it get filled in??? because really, on the open road..1-2 is plenty for streaming music, or a possible movie....and LTE maybe wouldnt need to be slapped in there... just a few thoughts i had today while out on the road..... ohh and a few times in the Victorville area...uhhhh LTE was hitting around .75 Again, is this a coverage, or # on the system??

got another one with rrus up.....become a sponser and you can see where they are filling in.... i thought i had a pattern figured out...but not really

yea, by the emissions..... no sprint at the 1 behind 7-11....it is tmobile as i asked techs that were working there 2 mths ago.... didnt look closely enough to pick out nextel, because they get moody if you get to close while they are working.... anyway....that is why i asked the question about sprint overlaying areas, where nextel is and sprint isnt....

here ya go...because this was EASY to spot....its tough on multiple carriers to find it in the mess... sprint seems to be on the top, or 2nd 1 down

well this is the tower in kaysville, off the freeway... uhhhh something made a home and there hasnt been ANY work on this one.....the weeds in the cage area where almost as tall as me

yours is good because you have a tower at the top of 200, above 89, and 1 by cherry hill... and then 200 N by the free way...soooo depending on where you are you probably catch 2 towers Our friends have att and it struggles here....i think vz is ok based on another friend... in the end it is also the devices.....the motorola photon i had....had an awesome radio in it.....the samsungs...ehhhh but lte will be here soon..... in fact i have to run up to the post office....maybe ill scout that 89 tower and cherry hill on the way back.... text me if you want to meet at the tower..... 801-898-6210

That's is funny... No the tower for Sprint that hits this way, is on main and the parkway...had west on the parkway and look north...boom right there.... They need one bad west on gentile or bluff area.. Once it's upgraded I am sure we will be fine...

oh another question..... can i get an lte air rave for my house because i am literally 2' from it, and the green light is on....and it says i am roaming granted in the basement....but 2' from the device

ok on another note...... will the sites that had only nextel, be converted to sprint lte stuff??? I mean some are doubled up, so you can get rid of 1 set of equip/power supplies.... but on towers that are nextel only....will they add NV there, and maybe help fill gaps?? anyone heard???

ohhh 1 other thing.... these radio/antennas, are 1900, 800mhz.....he wasnt sure if they were 2500... but i would imagine so

ohhhh 1 more thing i posted in the other forum.... seems sprints antennas are usually top of the tower....which usually has the cat walk... which means no extra equip......due to having cat walks.... because they are NOT allowed to walk on the supports if there is no cat walk..... should make it easy and quick

ok ill post a few pics here.... this one tower had well....uh you be the judge everyone and their dog was at this site soooo here is a sprint only tower...no rru...but a new cab??? it was a pretty fun day I must say..... though.....i may need to order a telephoto lens for my phone.... whew photographer i am not...and i hope sox can pick out the rru.....cuz it is hard to get in the right spot

Ok well, i had a free day...had to run a few errands, so i got the map on my phone and a way I went... for Goober...be patient because it is coming in a big way, if what i came across today is any clue... 3 different subs I ran into today on my journeys...1 of them said...from his company anyway...more crews are on their way out here to work on towers...(hanging rru's) they are contracted for 300.... another sub is just finishing up backhaul work on their 120 sites....and says they just landed more for this area... 18 total towers.....in north davis and south weber counties.... if you are a donor you will be happy....if not...drop a few dollars and become 1... boys it is coming, and is coming fast (or as fast as the subs can get it done....) ok over to the member forum to post details, so he can update the map..... 8 sites with rru confirmed.... oh and i think if i can read my notes right....all with back haul in, or coming in

throw out $25, and youll be happy you did...i am.... and your eyes will be open.... now i just need time to go take pics and gather some info...

check out sensorly. it helps a bit.....and shows areas poking up.... some areas though like logan, and tremonton, were probably launched to check things out, before they hit big cities... as I am in logan this week, it is nice...BUT 1 thing....it takes a bit to dl an app??? very odd... humm just did one. and it was fine... Maybe it was just last night...
