  1. sooo the shitty speeds EVERYDAY is just throttling across the board??? doubtful
  2. why do you think it would change all of the sudden?? and i know (by looking at your name over there) my speeds were fine, till the i-phone hit..... true story i-phones are data hogs...or rather dont use data as efficiently
  3. i am with you though about the tri bands being crippled out of the box... i mean wtf is that about
  4. I dont mind either.......though sprint is strong like a fairy here but band 41 is up and running hard...which is why i want one to try out thought i got 1 early, and my rep hooked me up.....turns out it was the optimus G SO i called sprint to get a return kit.....what a range of emotions that was
  5. welllll....i wished i could have 1 as b41 is hot and live out here in Utah.... but i would need to be on the phone with someone to tell what buttons to push I left my rep a VM asking her to pull strings so i can get one and check it out.... but i must say...this thread has me a bit worried... I wonder if more b41 over 25 (or 26, which is 1900 and which is 800??) would work better for now???
  6. yea i am and will....was just playing around.... the good news is...when i call in...its always an english speaking person....
  7. ok welp, after sifting through things to try and get the msl on my note 2 (just so i know what i was looking for) they all seem out dated... WHICH means i will be asking here....because for my little brain...xda seems to scattered about, and the ads all over give me a headache....i tried it before every so often....and its still the same
  8. so are/were you looking at this phone, or just putting your 2 bits in?? just curious???
  9. well lets hope your right.....because i have been a pretty happy samsung user, till i found the note 3 wasnt going to have triband before was a moto photon that was awesome...until they didnt support it like they were suppose to before was a 1st gen galaxy...uh ok, but had tons of issues which they have fixed... anyway, lets hope this G2 is good
  10. well there ya go....you explained the reason why you need it.... now you want 41 to???
  11. so does (as i learned last night) i bald eagle.....well more like 1500....
  12. ...ok but routers are backwards compatiable right??? so then i guess you have to choose.... band 41 which could and should be less clogged in the immediate future, and works while you are out and about.... OR AC which is for the most part only good while at home.....which you should have a PC to use for anything super important enough to need those speeds... just saying...in the future...sure...but for now
  13. Excuse my ignorance.....huh??? msl?? while i am sure i will be posting hows and whys when it comes in....as SLC market seems to be hot with 41...soooo i should be able to post my thoughts on the 2 bands (well 41 which is up, and 26 should be in full bloom soon) in the mean time bear with me on some of the jarggin
  14. ok so WTF is it tri band out of the box or do you have to tweak it??? and really as long as it is basic wifi...are you really worried about the AC part of it??
  15. woot found it.... sweet, now to find it on amazon...i still have a few weeks
  16. online...and i have a corp acct.... the other nice benefit of a corp acct..... english speaking CS agents out of Florida
  17. got mine ordered for $99 through my sprint rep.....cuz 2600 is lit up hot here in utah...and i am tired of waiting now i need to see that pic of the Ballistic with the belt clip
  18. uh no......that university is like a flea on a dogs butt in size compared to U of U, BYU, UVU, Weber State...not to mention more workers in the area... So not to sound mean, but that logic is flawed.. If anything, it is because it is the size of the city...just small enough to not be overloaded, and not big enough to cause a fuss, if things go wrong....IE...South Logan, Tremonton, Spanish Fork, and NSL area, and I-80/215 areas are mostly industrial, or low income....soooo thats my thought..... and the speed thing.....yea, 2g is the norm here unfortunately
  19. Damnit.... you mean i gotta track down a new ISP service for my mom AGAIN??? bah, it was a pain before....freaking century link still only had 768 to her house i know i know... and they had an issue with comcast back a few years (they cancelled but comcast never did and then wanted to charge them for 3 mths, and my dad said piss off) the one wireless carrier, wont work because of the trees around there house.....no line of site... SOB.....looks like i am going to have to work the comcast thing out
