I think it's because they are combining it with the International WiFi calling update that was released two days ago and was promptly pulled.

Sensorly shows great coverage. I avoid Waikiki so I don't know personally. Awesomecabbie would know, he's mapped that whole area.

Plenty of new LTE towers stretching out to Kaimuki and Kahala Mall on Sprint Network. Lots of new purple clouds showing up on Sensorly.

And own a chunk of Alibaba. (I think they're buying DreamWorks so they can repair Sprint's branding. They'll rename the company Shrek.)

$10 a month is a cheap premium to use my HTC One Harman Kardon rather than an iPhone. #Justsaying

This is silly. I use Agent, and when I receive a text, the app automatically replies that I'm driving and unable to respond. This text detection would not be able to distinguish between an automatic reply and a regular text. Moreover what if my teenage daughter is texting away in the passenger seat? How would they know which phone is used by the driver?

I automatically get it. Sometimes if I'm driving into an LTE area it won't connect until I'm stopped at a light. I've never needed to toggle airplane mode to get a connection.

Looks like the Valley Isle is receiving some LTE love. There's a tower in Kaanapali spreading some purple goodness on Sensorly.

Sprint/Network is showing new LTE towers in Kahuku, Kaneohe (Tamashiro Hardware), and Mapunapuna. Plenty mapping to do tomorrow. Chee hoo!

Well, the towers closest to home, work, and my mother-in-law are all up and running LTE, so they can take their time with the rest. I'm happy. ????

Sorry, didn't want to appear rude. I didn't respond because frankly your guess is as good as mine. I think it's safe to say that it is coming, and soon, but not as soon as we'd like.

Maybe, but I was mapping today along Kaneohe Bay Drive which is clear across the bay from the Tower. But it's a clear line of sight with no obstruction. And the signal was pretty good considering the distance.
I'm just guessing. I'm sure there are more knowledgeable people than me.
