  1. Mobi sold all of their sites to Verizon last year. They are an MVNO now (with terrible pricing). Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  2. What's more disturbing is there was a sequel. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  3. I think they either negotiated really bad rates prior to the price wars with T-Mobile or are just trying to gouge people who have no credit, or brains. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  4. Hey Hawaii Peeps, have you seen what Mobi is doing. Last year, they sold their spectrum and towers to Verizon. Now they are advertising MVNO plans with either Verizon or Sprint as the carrier. Their rates appear to be a total rip-off. For example, for $160, I get 20 GB of shared data for 4 lines from Sprint. For the same amount, I'd get 5GB from Mobi on the Sprint network. What are they thinking? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  5. I think the real bullshit of his announcement was the comment that "Now you can switch with no added fee." As I understand it, the Jump $10 fee includes insurance. So what he's saying is, Now you can lease a phone, and we won't require you to buy insurance, but since it's a lease, you may want to buy some insurance. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  6. I believe the answer is Kramer. (It's not in the Bible). Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  7. I have a Framily (God, I hate that word) of four. You're welcome to join. PM me if you're interested and we can work out the details. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  8. As I recall, approved to issue means the city has reviewed the application and approved it. The contractor now has to go to the Fasi Municipal Building and get it and it will be issued. Contractors will wait because the job is not scheduled or they are waiting for other permits, materials, etc. An approved permit will have a permit number and the status will change to under inspection. 9. No problem. It took me a while to figure it out. I hated the colors. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  10. Select the black and white theme. (It's the last one). Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  11. Downloading the Lollipop update for my Harmon Kardon M8 right now. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  12. I'd watch Mo Verci's Twitter feed for an official announcement. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  13. Guess I'm spending today checking for updates. http://www.androidcentral.com/sprint-begins-rollout-android-50-lollipop-update-htc-one-m8 Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  14. I didn't know the appropriate topic for this, but this thread covers a whole lot of bases. This is an interesting article regarding the sustainability of T-Mobile's strategy. Note the remarks at the end by Deutsche Telekom regarding a merger with Sprint. http://www.ubergizmo.com/2015/01/t-mobiles-uncarrier-strategy-is-hard-to-sustain/?utm_source=mobilerepublic
  15. It's still a bit early. And based on the way my Nexus has been running with it, I hope they take their time. At least wait for 5.0.2 to correct the memory leak. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  16. Given the size of the update, I'd say it doesn't have anything new other than bug fixes. I didn't RUU, I got it OTA with no data loss. Try check for update and see if it's available. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  17. I'm looking forward to trusted Bluetooth devices. Then my HTC Fetch will really rock. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  18. I stand corrected. Yes, the sucker is running ART. Seems snappier too. Wow. Thanks for making me look. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  19. Okay, Google is your friend. Sprint's website has no mention of this release. HTC's however says that Maintenance Release version 3.31.654.2, released on 12/19, is for bug fixes. Glad I checked on a whim so I found it. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  20. The change to ART will come with the Lollipop update to 5.0.1. I think your update is the Eye experience update which came out about a month or so ago. The update I just got has the same version number (3.31.654.2) but had only 45.3 MB. So I think it's just bug fixes. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
  21. Seems to work fine. Wi-Fi calling was giving me some issues with connecting prior to the update. That seems to be corrected a as it connected to this network right away. Ymmv. Sent from my HTC One M8 Harman Kardon Edition
  22. Downloaded. Only 45.3 MB. Looks like bug fixes. Installing now. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
