It is still socialism anyway you try to re-label it. Innovation is the motivator of a individual who wants to make things better. You get government involved then innovation goes out the window. The one thing about using t-mobile's jump option, is that jumping up also jacks up your monthly rate of what your paying. People do it once and come across sticker shock wondering why they are paying more each month in which they are hesitant to do another jump again. You get what you pay for.
