I called because I haven't gotten any sort of email and they're telling me my order might not have gone through even though I have an order number. So now I have to go back to the store to verify it went through since care can't see an order that was done by a store for whatever reason. Starting to get a little irritated with this whole pre order thing. Edit: Go figure right after I write this my phone goes off saying sprint took out money for my phone payment. I hope this is good news.

Eh. More frustrating that my bank held back more money than what I would have got if I used the app but that's their problem.I know I'm using software that isn't all the way released yet so I expect a few issues. I'm not too worried about it.

It just says compatible with 4.3 and later IIRC from 10 seconds ago. Nothing about iOS 8 even in the changelogs. I didn't think it would be updated already.

Nothing like that on my end. My us bank app no longer allows me to scan my checks and have them deposited. The camera closes and then the app closes but other than that I've had very few issues.Every now and then my notifications will be goofed up. My phone will vibrate and then a minute later the ringer will go off. I just restart the phone and it's okay. It hasn't been doing it as much since I installed the gm but it's still there. I've never erased the phone and started over to see if it fixes it due to me getting the 6. I'll live with it until I get my new phone.

I already put the golden master of iOS 8 on my 5s and I've been liking it so far. I've had iOS 8 for about a month now at least so it's worn off on me. I just want the phone to get here so I can play around with it and see how it does for signal strength and speed compared to my 5s.

I took off work in the morning thinking I would be able to pick up my preorder before I go in. Now that I'm thinking I prolly won't get the call saying it's there until the afternoon. [emoji17][emoji22]

Here's hoping my 6 in black 64gb made it through. I haven't received an email about anything. I always get anxious when I have something on order.

That's the point I'm getting at. It will be more than enough. Even on the original x I had no issues making it all day.

The reviewer said he used it for a week or so IIRC. Not just a stress test and done.

Engadget reviewed the phone and said they were able to make it through the day with a lot of usage on it. I don't see it being an issue.

I doubt they would do this but I hope they'll let me pay the $5 a month to be able to upgrade early on sero. -
Have you called to see if they'll move it up anymore? If you paid it off you should be able to upgrade right now.

I've been hearing and seeing more of sprint in the Milwaukee area a lot more recently. It's nice to be able to hear something other than the T-Mobile and the big two for once.

I knew that but even at $99 name me another manufacturer that does something like this? I'm not trying to be a smart ass here and I don't know it all but I don't recall ever hearing anyone else doing something like what Apple is offering.

Having worked for sprint I used to always pitch for TEP and argue against AppleCare becomes we didn't get paid on it. Now that I'm reading through what it covers it's pretty awesome. I can't think of any other manufacturer that covers stuff like that for free.I just wonder if they would be nice enough to replace my 6 ft cord if that ever stopped working.

Just looked on the Apple Store app and in the AppleCare info it says Apple will cover your headphones and charger as well. That's kind of cool and something I never knew. I'll be buying AppleCare once my phone comes in. If it gets lost or stolen I'll just have to have my friends at a sprint store add TEP back on for me. [emoji41][emoji41]

From what I remember it doesn't. They used to but they no longer cover it anymore.

What about covering lost or stolen? I've never lost a phone but I have had one stolen before. Apple won't cover a stolen phone. I have been looking at AppleCare since it's cheap up front and covers pretty much everything.

Speaking of insurance. What're you guys planning to use to insure these new phones? I saw an article on insuring our new investments and it made me think about other possibilities besides TEP.

Went to the store and preordered mine this morning. I guess they changed from doing the list to ordering them via directship so next week they have one with your name on it. No trying to be first to get the first one out the door. I went with a 64gb 6 in black. The rep said they should arrive by the 19th but they weren't going to promise anything.

I set an alarm to make sure I got on the phone to order one of these bad boys and of course I went right back to sleep. I just signed into my account and it's telling me I have a $324 down payment in order to do I4L. I don't have a spending limit so I wonder why I have to pay so much up front.. Of course telesales is all backed up right now too so I've been listening to crappy hold music for 20 min now.

Telesales going to be open for preorder? I'll be going from sero to i4l and I have a feeling online is going to give me issues.
