  1. Just looked at the maps, spotty LTE along 80 between Cedar Rapids and Pleasant Hill is about right. Areas along 80 should not give a eCSFB problem.
  2. If your friend gets LTE and you don't in the same area, check your phone settings, make sure you have have LTE enabled. Also, try cycling airplane mode when you're in an area that you know your friend gets LTE coverage.
  3. Can't stand that there is something better than your precious HTC...?
  4. That test is either an error or you're bouncing off the LTE repeater they could have installed in the Sprint store.
  5. Look in the N5 user thread, its at least a -6dBm difference with comparable devices.
  6. I apologize, I should have been more polite, this thread is almost 100 pages. Glad I could point you in the right direction.
  7. Come on man, read the thread, it was literally 2 pages back. EDIT: sorry, 7 pages back. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4989-lg-google-nexus-5-users-thread/?p=238753
  8. I posted a while back, when my town went live with LTE the battery life increase was noticeable enough that I mentioned it. I think this phone shouldn't be compared, but its a possibility.
  9. I guess I shouldn't have said "constantly" I know the GS3 searched in 30 min intervals, but to that point I noticed a difference in my GS3 battery life with LTE enabled but only getting 3g service. I noticed my Exchange account for e-mail was draining my battery, probably because its not working properly. Removed the account, haven't had issues since. I'm going on 5 1/2 hours unplugged as of this post, and I still have 90%.
  10. I left the "NEXUS" Screen protector on for 2 days. Hardest thing I've ever had to do....
  11. If you're also not connected to LTE and your phone is constantly searching for an LTE signal, this can drain a lot of battery life.
  12. Yeah, someone ordered it on a Tuesday, said 2-3 weeks lead time, shipped that Friday.
  13. BWT, I still can't get past the name of this thread.....
  14. LOL Sprint. Its the same phone as the ones from the Play Store.
  15. I'm all out of ideas...sorry man.
  16. If you're not getting notifications its possible you didn't even set up your voicemail in the first place?
  17. You have Sprint Voicemail, long press 1 in the dialer and it will call your voicemail. Googlevoice just provides Visual Voicemail.
  18. Google Voice, shifted posted this earlier and it worked great for me. http://s4gru.com/index.php?/topic/4989-lg-google-nexus-5-users-thread/?p=235031
