I have some pictures somewhere that show them laying antennas on their sides and pointing them at the tops of the cluster of tall towers Cell service is greatly reduced above the 15-18th floor 150-180' mark

We have had this happen many many times this year alone! The newer ones have so many sensors they literally lock up if they feel the machine rocks too much gets out of level ..It's insane I have had the lift tech get himself stuck testing the machine after he has "fixed" it -
When I bring up a LTE /u1900 site it's tested then cell-barred for a few days /week so they can set all the parameters and neighbors etc. It's a pretty standard thing to do.

Only under VERY Very rare circumstances.. It's pretty much unheard of It's more likly that a tv or radio station will be turned down due to men on a tower.

Well I know for certain the WT#1 on 10th has not had a pre-con with sprint they have some serious existing structural issues as of last week and for sure won't start until my guys are done and, the high-line tower behind target has not started yet. I will be working on the site on the tower next to apple ford next week so it will be powered down all week

Actually you are right there is an expedience site on that tall apt building. We canceled that substantial service site since we already broadcast on the freq in the zone..

It's not the tower on the east it's the midland bank on the west side next to winter park FYI ( if it has been upgraded)
