Not a big concern for me, I'll be getting the S10 in march. ?
Oh ahaha .. I'm actually leaving TMobile. I want to go to either Boost Mobile or Verizon prepaid. T-Mobile completely over sold their Network here and their data deprioritization pretty much made me run at 0.87 megabytes a second.

I'm still confused as to why my S9 doesn't have B71 enabled even though it supports it, that will probably be fixed with an update if the merger goes through.
Reflash it to unlocked software. Simply reflash the softwarethat's used on the unlocked that is used on the unlocked Galaxy S9. That should enable it.

As long as I'm able to get T-Mobile's lower bands, I'm absolutely fine giving up B41, as my phone supports everything but B66 and B71. Particularly if swapping in 5G on B41 gets the home braodband competitor online.
I have the Galaxy Note 9. So if Sprint is acquired by T-Mobile they will have all the necessary frequencies to create one heck of a network.

And for my market they don't have band 66 only band 4.^
Airscale B4/66 radios attached to Nokia RAS.

Yeah and also the site is broadcasting on band 12.No. It’s a midband-only setup.

Does it look like the 600 megahertz panels? The bottom rack in this photo is T-Mobile.

The site is on private property so there's not a whole lot I can do. I obviously can't trespass. Because there's a no trespassing sign near the site.Well my best guess would be to use signal check pro so you can locate the sites you connect to. It will be a trial an error on finding which carrier is colocated with t mo. Most verizon sites here are very distinct compared to the other carriers. I know I've put pics up of all the carriers here in colorado. Here we are a samsung market for sprint. You will need to check out the equipment section so you can see what sprint equipment looks like and use process of elimination. Some at&t and T mo sites here can have different setups compared to others.

we have all four carriers T-Mobile Sprint AT&T and Verizon. I have all the for AT&T T-Mobile and Verizon have the better reception and service overall but Sprint really lacks over here with coverage.bottom rack Verizon, then at&t or t mo, then sprint, then clearwire now sprint band 41, but again they're allot of carrier's on this site. I don't know what other major carrier'syou have over there.

I'm in the central New Jersey Market. What market are you in? Looks like second from bottom is sprint, also looks like there might be clearwire converted to sprint band 41 second from top. It's a guess on which ones are the other big 3 carrier's cause my market isn't setup like those. I can spot all 4 carrier's here in Colorado. Sorry.

I know in my area TMobile is suing network-wide upgrades for a very strong possible 600 megahertz launch. I'm not able to tell who's who on that multi-carrier site. I appreciate if someone would help me determine who's TMobile...I believe they’re the original ones.

Well I posted a couple of pictures only about two posts ago showing a multi carrier site I can't even tell who is who. Those look like Nokia RAS active antennas.

Yeah TMobile needs more the 600 though as well. I could definitely tell you here they definitely need to really ramped up capacity not just the overall consistency of coverage but capacity really isnt adequate for some parts of the day. I just ran a speed test not too long ago and it's about half an hour ago and their test was bad their upload was higher than their download. Here's a good example. No, T-mobile wants the 2.5GHz spectrum for 5G. But they could trade the 700+800MHz to Dish for Dish's 600MHz. I know that Dish has only 5x5Mhz nationwide but they have some choice holdings in some critical cities (NYC).

Do you think you can identify who these are? Who these panels belong to?So here is another site a couple miles away with sprint on top. This also has a rru behind antennas also. I know of a couple other sites I can check out too see if they have them or not.

I would trade some of that high-band Spectrum for something in the sub gigahertz band.Well this has nothing to do with the reciprocal $533M spectrum leads then. Just your green variety spectrum swap. I know that I might be harping on this too much but is there some thought of simplifying their spectrum holding at some point after the merger?Let's see, they will have holdings in the 600MHz, 700MHz, 800MHz, AWS-1, AWS-3, PCS+G, and 2.5GHz bands + CBRS next year. Lot of antennas on the combined sites. I'd be horse trading like crazy/

I'm eagerly awaiting the launch here. They are doing network-wide upgrades in my area. so I only assume it's the 600 launch is approaching quickly. They look the same. I can't remember if the rrus are new or not.

Does it look like they added the panels that they were talking about. Here is the site they were working on

Okay understood. If I remember properly doesn't the realignment make the network function much more efficiently? This is just another regular spectrum realignment as in the past. Nothing more, nothing less.
Whatever you hear from people who have very clear biases and misconceptions does not mesh with what happened in reality.

But given that T-Mobile has lots of low-band spectrum across the country this could get very tricky.Guess we will see I and others thought maybe they were going to use some of each other's LTE bands on both networks

It looks like a huge amount of PCS swapping. Why didn't they touch band 41 yet?So it's only a PCS swap not some TMO Bands on Sprint and some Sprint bands on T-Mobile?

So they're not touching the low-band Spectrum?A quick thing I made up yesterday after looking at the FCC documents. This is currently what was agreed to and there are additional markets still pending.

I got a few pictures best I could but it was on private property so I honestly could not trespass.Interesting I think I saw one of those in northern Iowa. Almost mistakened it for a Hexadecaport, but upon closer look I didnt see the right RRUs.

I'm not too sure. Check it out though. Look at the SD slot. It may or may not I do not know for sure.
That's why it's so big? Is that the same for my S8?
